Modern Home 3BR and private pool

Casa Barcelona was our home away from home. Spacious home that accommodated 8 people easily. Master bedroom was larger than expected with a private space to suntan right off the room. 2 smaller bedroom rooms accommodated 3 people per room without any issue and had bathrooms within the each room. Kitchen was well equipped and a large island was helpful during meal prep. What drew us to Casa Barcelona was the beautiful pool in the well kept backyard. The photo didn’t disappoint and the backyard became the centrepiece of our stay. It was well used daily and nightly by everyone. During our stay, the pool light popped out. We called Yira right away and within 24 hours the light was fixed.

Yira was a great host and very kind! She arranged transportation for us to and from the airport and the house was great as well. Walkable to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend booking this place! :)

We had a great stay at Casa Barcelona. Had 3 adults and 3 - 16 year old boys. Great location for walking to the beaches, restaurants and bars. The pool was amazing. Place looked just like the pictures and really was a great find.

This house is awesome! Great for my girls trip! Yira was an excellent host and fantastic communicator. House was very clean and well kept. We would definitely recommend this location!!

Yira's AirBnB is 100% as awesome as the listing presents. Fantastic home, very private with downtown Tamarindo a few minutes walk away. The pool is perfect, the AC works well, feels secure and private. We look forward to coming back.

Home was spacious with 3 bedrooms (with ensuite’s) . kitchen was well equipped and home was about 15 min walking distance to the beach and many good restaurants. Pool and outdoor space were amazing. Rooms were clean and on site laundry was nice. Patio furniture in the living room was adequate but not that comfortable for seating. Some maintenance is needed for water leaking issues but they were addressed with the host and compensation was provided for any inconvenience . Ants also appeared to be a problem in the kitchen and bathrooms . we advised the host and suggested traps for any further problems. Great , quiet location is only 5 min walk to a grocery store and other amenities. Due to Costa Rica’s heat - highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns . Wonderful vacation location.

Yira responded to all messages very quickly. The house was perfect for 3 couples as we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was great having a pool as the weather in Tamarindo was very hot. There were some issues with the pool filtration initially, but Yira organized a pool maintenance person to come by quickly. Lots of linens and towels and a washer and dryer available for guest use. Kitchen is well equipped. I might suggest a kettle be added to the amenity list. Property is quite lovely, with a few small quick fixes (burnt out bulbs and some small water leaks) that were communicated to the host on departure. Overall a great stay and would recommend!
