Wild Coast House

Very beautiful beachhouse on top of the cliffs with a magnificient view of the ocean and the most stunning sunsets. Carolina and Sarah were very friendly and always here to help.

Magnifique terrasse à l’ombre avec un point de vue spectaculaire sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. La maison est très lumineuse, très jolie, chaleureuse et bien décorée et aménagée. L’ambiance y est très agréable et la tranquillité des lieux est un aspect très positif. La plage Amarillo, à 5 minutes de marche, est super pour se baigner dans les vagues et avoir du plaisir pendant des heures. Son côté sauvage est un plus. À marée haute, les surfers se présentent et certains sont particulièrement talentueux et agréables à regarder. La playa popoyo est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture de la maison et vaut le détour. Finalement, l’expérience de location AirB&B a été particulièrement agréable dû à la communication très plaisante et efficace avec les deux hôtes. Deux femmes super sympathiques, proactives, qui endossent leur rôle avec enthousiasme. Je recommande +++ la location de cette maison. Nous prévoyons retourner y séjourner lors de notre prochain voyage au Nicaragua. 🫶🏼

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. The house is situated on top of a hill giving amazing views over playa Amarillo. The kitchen facilities are amazing - with the additional grill outside as well. The place is situated a 2 minute walk from playa Gigante and 5 minute walk from the surfing beach playa Amarillo. There are surfboards for rent at the house for a reasonable price which we took advantage of. Sarah was really helpful and friendly throughout our trip - we are very grateful! Would thoroughly recommend a stay at Casa Salvaje to anyone . We would’ve stayed longer if we could!

Casa Costa Salvaje is awesome. The house is very well designed and appointed. The use of refurbished wood on the furniture looks great. The view is stunning and roar of the surf mesmerizing. Playa Gigante provided us with a much more authentic experience than we’d have at any resort and the ability to buy fresh fish each morning from the fishermen was a treat. Playa Amarilla is fantastic and often felt like our private beach. Finally, Sarah and Carolina were quick to respond and helpful when we reached out with questions. Thank you! We’ll be back.

Carolina was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was super accommodating with things that were out of her control. She was very friendly and made us feel right at home. This was a beautiful property and I’d stay here again!

Nádherný domeček na nádherném místě. Západy slunce a vůbec každá chvíle dne, byla úžasná...Jestli rádi ležíte s knihou v houpací síti, nebo surfujete, budete nadšeni:-) Hostitelka Carolina byla neuvěřitelně přátelská, se vším nám ochotně pomohla a byla radost ji pokaždé potkat a povídat si s ní:-) moc děkujeme!!!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Carolina was so kind and inherently helpful. The view is breath taking and we had the best time ever the walk late at night is hard after a few beers but I cant recommend it enough !

Can’t say enough about the view! This place is perched on the cliffside, giving you front row seats overlooking the ocean, a gorgeous stretch of beach, and fabulous sunset viewing. Watch it all from a pair of barstools enjoying coffee or cocktails, or the hammock with a book, or the outdoor shower while you rinse off the saltwater. Inside is spacious, decorated with lots of plants and lovely warm lighting. The A/C is a welcomed luxury (when the power is working!) Sarah, one of the hosts, helped us with our stay from booking to checkout. She was super friendly and responsive.

Our stay at Playa Gigante, Casa Costa Salvaje, was incredible from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, our driver Oscar set the tone- reliable, accommodating, and exceptionally friendly. We ended up building a great connection with him over the course of our trip. Sarah, the host, was outstanding. She was hands-on, organized, and always attentive to our questions and requests. She followed up promptly on everything and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The excursions were all well organized, with the Ometepe tour being a highlight. Our guide, Arceila, was fantastic clearly passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with her so much that we booked another tour with her once we arrived in Managua. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that the walk up to the house is quite steep and doesn’t have steps which could pose a challenge for those needing accommodations. Else-wise, it was a perfect relaxing beach location in a local town.

This place had wow factor. Great breeze kept us cool, outdoor cooking was a must and the beds were comfortable. My kids loved the outdoor shower (we all loved it), access to the beach and Sarah was super responsive to our every need, I felt like I asked for things at the last minute but she was on top of it and helped to coordinate getting us from Liberia and back! Great stay, we loved the food options that were nearby and overall the accomodations were great. Thanks again!
