It features a large covered balcony that overlooks a beautiful pool and waterfall. The condo underwent a complete renovation in 2021.
The chef’s kitchen is newly designed with custom Guanacaste cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a unique stone and glass backsplash. The bathrooms offer a spa-like experience with floating teak vanities, glass shower doors, quartz countertops, and premium German fixtures.
Custom locally crafted furniture includes two king-sized beds and two sets of full-sized bunk beds, ideal for families or groups traveling with children. The 1,600 square foot open-concept layout combines a spacious kitchen with a large dining and living area. Floor-to-ceiling 9-foot glass doors open to the private covered balcony, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy your morning coffee, a book, or an evening drink while overlooking the pool.

Great location. Within walking distance to everything you need. The condo has a good layout with lots of space. The pictures accurately captured the space. I would recommend staying here and would love to stay here again.

Condo Sunrise 14 is very well located in pure center of Tamarindo with short walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. The other advantage, to get to the beach you just have to cross the street and you can enjoy it right away. So not having a car is not a problem. But you will need it if you want to visit other beach spots like Brasilito, Conchal or Flamingo. The place is very well maintained and spacious enough for 8 people. The beds are very comfortables and the rooms have everything you need. Bathrooms are great and there are shampoos, soaps and towels. For the beach there are some beach chairs and also beach towels. The only downside is lack of some things for cooking like oil, salt, sugar, some herbs, vinegrae, so remember you have to bring them with you. Overall is a very nice to place to stay and I supper recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this Tamarindo condo. The location is hard to beat—right across from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The unit was spotless, beautifully updated, and very comfortable for our group. We loved the large covered balcony overlooking the pool, and the place felt high-end and thoughtfully done. Easy check-in and great communication—would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect spot to crash after a beach day! Or to take a break in the pool. With sand and surf right across the street, and many restaurants in easy walking distance, the location can't be beat. Coupled with Jordan's help with reservations and ground transportation, and a friendly complex cat we named "Sanchez," all around a great pick in Tamarindo!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was in such a great location just minutes to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The pool was also a fantastic bonus. Our family had such fun exploring tamarindo and would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a great location for our stay in Tamarindo. Easy walk across the street to be on the beach, a little market steps away and tons of great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and think this was a great spot to be. That said, the hosts are what really made the stay. They were so helpful with tour suggestions and booking, helping to book airport transportation and even groceries prior to arrival. They answered questions before we arrived and during our stay and made it that much better having some advice on what to do and see and where to eat. Highly recommend!
