Casa Martinez is a contemporary home offering breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains, ideal for escaping the bustle of city life. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes from San Jose del Cabo and within walking distance to the beach. While a car is recommended due to limited rideshare options, guests should be aware that the area is experiencing development and construction, which may result in some noise. To accommodate this, a discounted rate is provided. Thank you for your understanding.

The Space

This spacious and serene residence features award-winning modern architecture and provides expansive views of the Sea of Cortez and the eastern mountain range, showcasing dramatic sunrises and sunsets.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire house and the pool area.

Additional Information

This home is designed with modern aesthetics and functionality in mind but is not suitable for young children due to several areas without railings and an unfenced pool. For safety reasons, children under 8 years old are not permitted.
