The property is equipped with a backup generator that ensures uninterrupted power during unexpected outages, allowing you to enjoy your stay without worry.

This condo is situated in one of the island’s prime areas, close to numerous restaurants and activities. West Bay Beach, a popular destination, is just outside your door.
Nearby attractions include:
- Scuba diving or snorkeling at Mandy's Eel Garden to observe diverse marine life up close
- West Bay Golf Club and Villas, located less than a mile away, featuring a challenging nine-hole course with varied elevations
Guest Access
Condo #5 is exclusively reserved for your use and offers direct access to the beach just steps away. Beach chairs are provided solely for Coral Sands guests; however, the beach itself is public and open to everyone.
You can purchase a day pass at the neighboring Paradise Beach Resort, which includes credit for food and drinks at their beachfront restaurant, Cayuco, as well as access to the pool and beach chairs.
Additional Information
- Check-in time is typically 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early or late check-in/out may incur an additional fee of $100 or more, depending on availability. Please confirm your times one day before arrival or departure.
- Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
- Electricity and water are privately supplied on the island, making them costly resources. Please conserve usage by turning off the air conditioning when leaving the property or when doors and windows are open. An electricity allowance of $5 per air conditioning unit per night is included. Additional charges may apply if the AC is left on continuously—please inquire for details.
- Additional cleaning services during your stay are available upon request; contact your reservation assistant for pricing.
- This property is not pet-friendly. No pets or service animals are allowed, even if regulations in your home country differ. Non-compliance will result in extra charges. Please reach out for information about pet-friendly options.
Flights and Passport Information
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay to enter Honduras.
- Direct flights to Roatan (RTB) are available from the U.S. via American Airlines (Miami and Dallas), United Airlines (Houston and Denver), and Delta Airlines (Atlanta).

Our stay was wonderful! The home is in the perfect location right on the beach with a beautiful view. It had everything a family could need, which made our stay very comfortable and easy. The beds were especially comfortable, and the entire place felt welcoming and well cared for. The host was very accommodating and responsive, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and my family and I truly loved the home. We would definitely book again!

Frank and his staff were very responsive before through and after this day. They were also very accommodating to our requests and would act on them promptly. They were very accommodating with our check-in and checkout time. The apartment was well furnished, and well positioned on the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to cook our planned meals.

It is a lovely place, as described, right on the beautiful beach, people and security were great, cleanliness was excellent and perfect location. we did however have to go 2 nights of our 6 day vacation without water, although it was usually corrected by the next day, going to sleep without a shower after beaching all day in the sun was not fun... otherwise this place is a gem. Thank you.

This was our second time staying here and we had zero issues both times. The sliding glass door and beach chairs were updated since our last visit and made the stay even better. The hosts helped with renting a car seat and pack n’ play for our infant. They also checked in with us multiple times during our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook. Highly recommend. We’ll be back every time we’re in Roatan!! 😊

The location of the condo is fantastic. It’s convenient to all West Bay has to offer. The condo is spacious and looks like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. The security guard not only made us feel safe but also went above and beyond to be helpful. I will consider this unit in the future. Now to the cons. The roller blinds offer very poor privacy when the lights are on at night. There are no lamps nor well lighted areas in the condo to read. The kitchen is not adequately equipped to do much cooking. There was no outside lighting to come back to after dark. Additionally, there were no rinse pans outside for the sand on your feet/sandals to help keep it out of the condo. Most of these items could easily be remedied to make this a five star property.

Title: Perfect Island Getaway with Breathtaking Ocean Views Out stay at this home was absolutely incredible! The location is unbeatable and the space is impressively large, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was attentive and made sure all our needs were met. Safe and secure with security guards 24/7. You can walk right out onto the beach and enjoy all that Roatan has to offer. We could t have asked for more. We’ll be back soon! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect island retreat!
