We travel alot and stay at alot of airbnb but this house was the most beautiful have we have stayed at til now. The 2 on site housekeepers are the best so friendly and they give you all the privacy you need they were great and so helpful.

Our stay here in Costa Rica was absolutely amazing! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful, safe, and close to everything we wanted to explore. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. Waking up to the views each morning was unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

We liked this place so much we booked it a 2nd time after our first stay. Close to the city, but feels very private once you are inside. Gerardo and Xenia are just awesome. It was a great mix of being left to ourselves, but if we had a dumb question/needed help they were there. I think the property is larger/better than the pictures.

Evette's place was beautiful and only a few minutes from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The house was pristine with a beautiful pool, landscaping, and privacy. Gerardo and Xenia were also wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wow! As others have said, this estate is even better in person. The location is great, and the house is just massive. We went with our four kids, and they absolutely loved the house. Extremely comfortable and comes with everything you could possibly need. Everyone involved is incredibly accommodating, and always there if you need assistance. I would certainly come back, and hope to!

Wow! I loved staying with my wife and 4 sons at Evette’s home. Gerardo and Xenia who live in the guest quarters were incredibly helpful, kind, and were not an intrusion at all. It really really really helped that I speak Spanish, I think an English-only speaker would have some trouble without Google translate but overall it was easy to communicate. The home is very well equipped with many seating and dining areas. My teen sons loved the pool table and that each bedroom has its own bathroom (2 with bathtubs, rare in CR). I would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive in her communications and the placed fit the descriptions and photos. Looked even better in person. The housekeepers were very friendly and accomodating to our needs, though the house had everything that we needed. Definitely would recommend this place. There is a food mart right down the road, walking distance for food and drinks. The streets were walkable and felt very safe.

We loved the home and the care takers. Geraldo & Xenia were very kind and helpful. The house and yard are very unique (compared to Michigan). We absolutely would recommend and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Evette’s place. The house was spacious and clean. The only downside was there were no hand towels in the bathrooms for drying our hands after going to the bathroom. When I made the request I was made out to feel like that was a strange and odd request…I found it to be common. We checked in late because of delays at the airport and with food afterwards and when we arrived the code to the gate did not function. We were stranded outside for about 45 minutes until we were able to finally reach the host’s “after-hour”contact. We got over that hiccup but having the right gate code from the start would have prevented the issue from happening all together. It was a bad start to the experience but we were able to turn it around

Beautiful place! Please make sure you read check in instructions! We missed it due to arriving late at night and being tired. It makes finding the place so much easier. The place has live in housekeepers who were helpful and stayed out of the way.

Our stay at Evette's place was great. We made great use of the huge kitchen and cooked lots of meals. The house is huge and so spacious. Really easy to find with Uber and was close by to lots of shopping and restaurants. Perfect spot for a big group.

What an amazing place! This is a very luxury style home. There is so much space available for everyone. The pool table is in the perfect spot. There is plenty of sitting areas in and out of the home. By far the best home I've stayed in during my times in San Jose.. The water is very hot. Was able to fill the jacuzzi with hot water and relax.. Was able to wash my sheets, and clothes with no problems. Walked down the street to the market for a cup of coffee and fresh bread daily. Overall a great experience, and I will use the home again in the near future..

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is nice, clean, and well-maintained. It is spacious and worked well for our family of 5 adults. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful. Gerardo and Xenia were kind and helpful during our stay.

Beautiful place, super clean and very well kept. Gerardo and Xenia are very respectful and always willing to help. The garden is sooo beautiful! Read the very detailed instructions and see the pictures for an easy check in. Only one bedroom has a functional AC. The other ACs are very old and didn't work. I had to use my own streaming account (Netflix) to see TV. We tried to help them fix the surround system next to the TV for a better experience, but they were missing cables.

Excellent place for family in Costa Rica.

This place has a lot of space and feels like a little compound. It is right off a main road so there is not parking on the street but there is a gated driveway. Also, finding the location by the address NEVER worked, we had to use the google pin, ask the owner for that, it worked 100% of the time. House staff was nice, kitchen has literally every appliance on the planet for cooking, lots of areas to hangout, play pool, watch tv or chill out on the patio hammock. There is a corner market if you need to grab stuff that's like a 3 minute walk. Uber is super quick, never waited more than 8 minutes. There is a Walmart like 10 minutes away - restaurants are a quick drive 8-20 minutes. So many lovely places to eat with good vibes! Here's some this I wish I researched better before going: - Nearest Beach (Jaco) is 90 mins away - White water rafting is 2:15 mins away Shuttle for 4 was $300 for entire day RT - Most activities are at least an hour away It was 4 women, felt safe!

Evette’s place was spacious, well laid out and perfect for larger groups or families. Each bedroom had its own attached or shared bathroom. So many gathering and seating areas that we didn’t use them all. The pool table, pool area and outdoor seating area were used frequently by our group. Beautifully maintained grounds and landscaping made this a wonderful place to stay during our visit. Would highly recommend.

Overall beautiful Airbnb perfect for our bachelorette party! A bit further out from the city center but you can call an Uber pretty easily. The amenities were great along with a very attentive housekeeper. The only small areas we had issues with was not having a hair dryer and the water pooling up a bit in the showers. Not a big deal.

Spacious and beautiful house, just as shown in the pictures. It is located near malls and restaurants, but it is very quiet and private. It lends itself to be with friends or family or for someone who wants to work remotely, since it has wifi in practically all areas. Also excellent attention from Don Gerardo and his wife.

Casa amplia y hermosa, es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Se encuentra cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes, pero es muy silencioso y privado. Se presta para pasar con amigos o familia o bien para alguien que desee hacer teletrabajo, ya que cuenta con wifi prácticamente en toda las areas. Además excelente la atención de Don Gerardo y su esposa.

Stayed for a few days at Evette’s place. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and amazing bang for the buck. For a weekday getaway in San Jose, it exceeded our expectation by a lot. It has a super nice pool table, large pool, and a grill to have a BBQ whenever you feel like. Can’t say many more positive things about this place.

If you're looking for a high-end place to stay in Escazu, look no further. The house and grounds are immaculately kept, extremely stylish, and very comfortable. Great beds, strong water pressure, and fast Wi-Fi were all very appreciated. We rented the place for business meetings, and our international guests were very impressed. The steward of the property Don Gerardo and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful, as was the owner Evette. We highly recommend this property and will likely be back!

This beautiful home was amazing!  Very comfortable and spacious . The kitchen and appliances were great, everything you need to prepare any meal was there. The pool and outdoor area were truly remarkable and very relaxing. The housekeepers were very nice, and if you need anything,  they can assist you.  The one thing I didn't expect was that they use the kitchen in the house several time's. I'm not quite sure why they needed to use the main house kitchen because they had their own living area next to the kitchen. So, that was a little strange at times. While you're preparing a meal, the housekeeper would walk in... and of course, you're surprised.. But, it was ok. He would only be there only for a short moment to get whatever he needed.

Second time at this location. Great location and very nice house. The only issue I had was locating the house but Costa Rica has a horrible address system and the pool is almost useless because it is so cold in Escazu.

The housekeepers were helpful, very polite, and professional.  They were available when needed and off to themselves when we did not. The home is beautiful and spacious with amazing views of the mountains. Very secure and the pictures don't do it justice. We will stay with them again.

The house is very spacious and comfortable . It has several spacious and bright social areas. I really liked the terrace overlooking the pool . My favorite part was the bar and pool table area. We stayed only one day to celebrate a birthday, but it would be perfect to spend several days to rest or work remotely.

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda . Tiene varias áreas sociales amplias e iluminadas . Me gusto mucho la terraza que da a piscina . Mi parte favorita fue el area con el bar y la mesa de billar. Nos quedamos solo un día para celebrar un cumpleaños, pero quedaría perfecto para pasar varios días para descansar o hacer teletrabajo.

We loved every minute of our stay at Evette’s house! Thanks to the comfortable beds we all slept soundly. We enjoyed the multiple sitting areas around the amazing gardens, pool, TV room & pool table. Hence we had plenty of areas to stay entertained in! We also loved how private yet central this house was. Both Gerardo & Xenia were delightful in enhancing our stay. They showed us a park for the kids to ride their scooters in and even drove us to the local markets on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend!
