Flora del Mar Beach Retreat

Just perfect!

We felt right at home at Flora Del Mar. It’s full of activities and the space is immaculate. 3 min walk to the beach. Lovely amenities. Thanks again for having us all and giving us such a memorable trip!

We had a large, extended family vacation, and this property afforded us many beds, lots of room, and a working kitchen which was equipped, more or less, with everything we needed. Note: bring a knife sharpener or your own chef's knife if you plan on cooking. Easy access to a large, mostly empty, beach for sunset is wonderful. This is the real Mexico, so it is rustic, and take care driving the bumpy roads. The town is charming in its way, and it is heaven for lovers of fresh fish. Marilyn is a terrific host.

Big, open rambling property with a nice assortment of self-contained guest suites, and some nice common areas - main house kitchen, living room, pool and bar area. Loved the proximity of the beach and the views from the main house second floor big veranda/balcony. The pool/bar area was plenty big for a 28-person wedding dinner. Guests were happy there. Nice host. No problems.

La maison est située sur une propriété incroyable, juste à deux pas de la mer. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain, et tout est pensé pour passer un séjour parfait, que ce soit en groupe ou en famille. Un immense merci à Marilyne : nous avons eu un souci mécanique avec notre véhicule et nous n’avons pas pu partir à temps. Elle a été d’une gentillesse incroyable, présente pour nous aider, rassurante, et elle nous a même laissé davantage de temps dans la maison le temps que tout s’arrange. Une hôte en or et un lieu exceptionnel. Je recommande à mille pour cent ! 🌟

Flora del Mar was perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering. With the large main house and two casitas, there were plenty of bedrooms, each with a private bath. We had a variety of ages, singles, couples and families, and everyone had the space they needed. The kitchen worked well for many people at once and for a chef who came in to cook two dinners. Daily housekeeping was an unexpected plus! The pool was clean and popular! We loved having a beautiful beach so close. The crashing waves and gorgeous sunsets were fantastic, even though it isn’t a safe beach for swimming (several of those close by). And the dogs! We loved having Marilyn’s adopted dogs visit. Two of them became “our” dogs! We definitely would stay again when we visit Todos Santos. Marilyn was very responsive to questions and requests, made sure to meet us but left us to enjoy Flora Del Mar. Thank you!

Flora Del Mar is an absolutely gorgeous retreat. I rented the house and both castitas for a fifteen person family gathering. Everything about the place felt like home. We spend hours chatting at the pool, walks on the beach, and of course many lively conversations standing in the huge kitchen. Marilyn and Mariah, the property manager, were very prompt answering any questions that came up. There was plenty of space for all the rental cars and Todos Santos was a short drive away.
