I will be staying here whenever I visit Belize.

This villa was absolutely stunning! We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, they accommodated all of our needs and were very responsive! The location was perfect, I will definitely be booking again and would recommend to anyone.

Wow, where to start? The communication from the very beginning was impeccable. Any questions villa, activity, or Belize in general related were answered throughly. Upon arrival, our breaths were completely taken away. We, as a family of 7, had plenty of room to spare. My favorite location of the house ended up being the screened in back patio! It had a quiet charm that gave me peace and serenity anytime I sat out there watching iguanas and bats in the evening. Also, the sun sets on the back side of the house so it has that warm, end of day radiance that hits just right. The kitchen has a nice cozy feel that inspires you to use it at least once to make a meal. We cooked breakfast everyday using food bought from nearby markets and dinner most nights. The kids were begging us to sell our home and move into this one. The loft area is great for kids, our 12 year old felt like she had her own apartment. Overall, highly recommended for families looking to relax in a home away from home.

We really enjoyed this home.  We had 8 adults, and it was very spacious in terms of social area (large kitchen dining room and living room and deck), and the bedrooms/sleeping.   AC worked very well.  We also like the location, several stores and shops near by, but also short golf card ride to town.  I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The villas were very nice, well designed, and exceptionally spacious. The location was a major value add with everything within easy walking distance, including the farmhouse, pool club, and resort shops, which made the stay seamless and convenient. The master bedroom stood out. The bed was both cozy and generously sized, making it easy to fully unwind. Thank you to the team that put together a surprise birthday decor for my birthday. It was truly amazing and made the stay even more memorable. Overall, the property delivered comfort, accessibility, and a strong guest experience. We had a fantastic stay at this house in San Pedro, Belize. We were a group of 10 friends staying for three nights, and overall the experience was excellent. On arrival, we realised that fitting 10 adults into the existing beds would be a little tight, as the third-storey sofa bed wasn’t comfortable for two larger adults. We raised this with the staff, and they responded quickly by organising and delivering an additional single bed to the property. This quick, response showed how much the hosts care about their guests’ comfort. Communication was easy, the house was well maintained, and well supplied, and the location was good for exploring San Pedro with golf carts. We’d happily recommend this property to groups and would stay again without hesitation.

We loved our stay! The house was gorgeous, peaceful, laid out well. The location was fantastic and very safe. We liked the community of mahogany bay with the restaurants, coffee shop, ect. It was easy to fall into a routine. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful stay. The villa is in an amazing location next to pool club and local store with great coffees and specialty items. Great upper and lower balcony’s and the home was well equipped so we didn’t have to go out and purchase expensive dish soap, toilet paper etc. Fantastic vacation. Thanks!

Our stay at Casa Blanca was wonderful! Such a beautiful home. Had all the right amenities for my group of six. Great location. A delicious coffee stand, restaurant, bar, and pool is just a few feet away. The house is close to town and all sorts of local restaurants. Everything was great and looked exactly like the pictures. The only problem I had was trying to figure out which pool can be used and which couldn’t. I was told we had to purchase something in order to use the pool near by and I didn’t like that. I feel like access to the pool should be free. Other than that everything else was perfect

Thank you for your message, we appreciate you very much. Casa Blanca is a lovely home that does not have a pool. The PoolClub is open but not run by us and what we get from them is a 10% for our guests. This is not something we can control. Note that they are the only ones that give you a discount, others in the area don`t. Food is tasty and fine!

Elliott & his team were great—responsive, respectful, & communicative. When the bedroom AC needed replacement upon arrival, they had it fixed immediately. They provided a thorough list of local contacts for activities, all of whom delivered excellent service. On-site, Verandah restaurant had delicious food with attentive service, the Farmhouse mini-grocery offered eats, frozen goods, juices, pastries, & essentials, & a kool pool club. In town, Elvi’s Kitchen was unforgettable (the curry chicken with lobster is a must!). I even hugged the owner/chef. The Belize Chocolate Company class was delightful—fun, educational, & delicious. We also enjoyed Beirut Lebanese Restaurant, though we missed Fry Jacks this time. Activities included parasailing, fishing & grilling our catch (we ate on picnic benches in water), snorkeling, ATVs, exploring Mayan ruins & cave tubing, cruising by golf cart, & relaxing at Victoria & Secret Beach. A perfect balance of hospitality, food, adventure, & relaxation.

We enjoyed our stay, it is a lovely property, spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities. We felt right at home. There is a great sushi restaurant nearby which we loved. We rented a golf cart to get to other areas, which was easy and fun. If we ever visit San Pedro again, we will book this property without any hesitation.

Definitely a beautiful location, we had a group of 5 women and everyone had their own space. It’s exactly like the pictures describe. Things to note: there’s not much to do in San Pedro but the restaurants are amazing. The location is further out BUT there are treats around it

This home was beautiful; it felt just as safe as any suburban gated community. We loved the boat dock off the back of the house but private boat charters don’t have access so we needed to taxi to a different dock for our day trip. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive.

This Airbnb was beautiful. The group of six that I attended with, and I felt very comfortable and the house was extremely spacious.  The check-in location is not very well marked or well described. Thankfully, the staff on site was extremely friendly and was able to navigate us to the correct location next to the pool club. The water pressure in the shower may be different than what you are accustomed to. It is much softer and takes a while to get the soap off otherwise lovely vacation.

Beautiful location, the host was quick to communicate and very accommodating when we needed help with booking activities. It is in a quiet neighborhood and even though there’s construction going on, we were still able to get around without any issues. Highly recommended

I couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay! Perfect location for the activities and restaurants we wanted to go to. Felt safe, because it was still very near to their all inclusive. I must say this place was very well put together in a nice area .my family of 6 was comfortable and felt safe.the hosts were extremely responsive before and during our stay , and very helpful with assisting anything we needed..pool club was a great vibe , everyone was very nice as well.The only thing and I mean only thing is the mosquitoes were highly intrusive.thry tell you Not to leave the door cracked , we mistakenly did and hell broke loose..the bugs bite u up. But tht was not the hosts fault totally ours.lol so please do not leave the door cracked .you will be disappointed.other than that.10/10. MB Luxury Vacations concierge Melki was amazing. He assisted us evey step of the way helping us set up activities like snorkeling and getting transportation for our photoshoot. He was super responsive and always pleasant no matter how many questions we had. It was our first time in Belize, but we will definately be returning and staying at their properties. The home was beautiful for 5 women to have an amazing girl's trip when we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The outside spaces were one of our favorites, upstairs and downstairs outdoor decks. We fell in love with Belize. Check out Robins for some jerk chicken and the taco stand across the street for some great tacos. Loved supporting the local businesses in the area. Breakfast at the pool club or night caps and a dip in the pool was amazing. The location allowed us privacy, but also to really immerse in the culture.

The house was beautiful, safe, & the host/team communicated well overall. It was raining heavily when we arrived & we reported a leak in the kitchen (with video) but never received a response. Thankfully the rain stopped. Cleanliness was a major issue. Upon arriving, we sanitized the kitchen w/ wipes & they were dirty afterward. The refrigerator still had food remnants from previous guests, a bathrobe in the master bedroom had a wad of hair on it, & I found strands of hair on my bed sheets. The upstairs bathroom was the kicker w/ mold on the shower walls, rusted rod & curtain grommets, & a filthy shower curtain covered in mold, dirt, & soap scum. We didn’t report these issues as we never received a response for the leak & felt it pointless. Instead, we used the downstairs shower, despite some visible mold there as well (not as much). Other than that, our stay was pleasant. We felt safe & that was most important. The concierge was also very helpful in securing dinner reservations.

The highlights were the communication level, quick to respond, the house matched the photos, and was in a good spot in Mahogany Bay within steps to the pool club. On the downside, we also had some issues with the toilets flushing and water draining but I think that is just a Belize issue rather than the house’s. Mahogany Bay is under construction so we did have to use a back entrance a few of the days we were there and in general dealt with a lot of dust and some construction noise, but we were there during the “off season” of May. We also lost power and water on the south side of the island one morning, but again that is a Belize issue, not this rental’s. Overall I would stay here again but probably will not return to Belize unfortunately until it is a bit more developed.

An extremely well managed and beautiful property. Mahogany Bay and the southern part of ambergris caye is becoming more upscale. Definitely stay here versus up north by secret beach. Everything is super convenient: grocery store right out side of the community as well as newish Argentinian restaurant; only a few minutes away from San Pedro. MB does an amazing job maintaining the property. It was spotless, tons of towels, all the kitchen amenities you would need along with great infrastructure (no issues with power, excellent water pressure and AC in every room). The house itself is comfortable with great furniture and mattresses. The team is highly responsive and wants to help. We will return in a few months and stay at Casa Blanca. Highly recommend.

Lovely home in the Mahogany Bay development. The home is just as described and as the pictures show. It's a 1 min walk to the Pool Club, where you can access a lovely pool and the tasty -- though pricey-- food. The hotel's various eateries are 3-4 min away, where you can get sit down meals or to go coffee drinks & pastries. So you have the benefits of many of the hotel's amenities while staying in a spacious, lovely home. Note that the loft area is large but accessible via a ladder, so it may not be practical for all folks to access. Also, the road the house is on has lots of homes under construction. Didn't bother us but one should know that -- the development is still very much under construction.

The house is awesome. Is there were two bedrooms upstairs and two living areas with beds. And a master downstairs everything was great. The only issue we had was there was a mildew smell in the house. The pool club is next-door, which is very nice. However, if you’re going to use the pool, they expect you to buy their very expensive drinks. Do not expect to just go next-door and use the pool at your convenience. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful, and the house was amazing.

I booked Casa Blanca + PoolClub @ Mahogany Bay for my 34th birthday trip. Between the two property managers (Shawra and Melki) my family and I wanted for NOTHING! Shawra went ABOVE and BEYOND from ordering a birthday cake to arranging transportation through Luxury GolfCart rentals. I was able to sit back and be worry/stress free because the staff made sure that all my I's were dotted and my T's were crossed. They catered to my family and I needs. We were treated as if we were the Royal Family. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

I celebrated my birthday in Belize and we stayed at this Airbnb! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The team was responsive before we even stepped foot in San Pedro. The home is exactly as listed and photos are accurate. They will arrange just about anything for you- which I found to be amazing and much appreciated. The Airbnb is listed on the south end of the island so definitely rent a golf cart to explore the north end which I found to be the heart of San Pedro. Although the home itself, does not have a pool- there is access to the resort pool with the purchase of food and drinks. I highly recommend checking it out as the staff was great there too. Melkie met us upon arrival to the Airbnb and answered all questions! I really enjoyed my stay here! I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice open space for a big party. We enjoyed our time there. They have restaurants onsite a pool area so pretty much they got it all until you ready to venture off in the city area… now one flaw some areas they are under construction and it makes the resort  loose value on the beauty of the area… but other than that everything all good 🌟

This place was Gorgeous! Melki was extremely responsive, nice, and helpful! Had an issue with one of the toilets but he came to fix it right away! They are still developing the property and I just know it’s gonna be even more pleasant when the pool and bar is done! I loved the little bars and food shacks on the property as well. The bed is the master bedroom is extremely comfortable had the best sleep in there. This place is perfect for a family or friends trip when you want to be under the same roof!

My group and I absolutely enjoyed Casa Blanca. The house is gorgeous and we felt at home and at peace. The loft is pretty cool. There is construction nearby, but there's no noise or disturbance. The Veranda restaurant, the sushi restaurant (forgot the name), and the Dirty Martini bar are all on-site and excellent for dining and drinks. We'd definitely stay at Casa Blanca again. Melki is an excellent and attentive host. 5 stars for Melki. Did I say we loved the house❤️

Very comfortable and spacious place great for four individuals or more. Clean space and quiet area just far enough out of town to find peace but be nearby all the action.

This stay was amazing with an amazing host. The area is going through renovations, but is still a beautiful area with great restaurants and friendly people. This place is a best kept secret and any who visit will definitely enjoy their stay.

The house is so beautiful. 9 of us stayed here for a bachelorette party. Very spacious and had great amenities - cookware, coffee, washer/dryer, etc. Melki is super attentive and responsive. You won’t regret staying here! The location is great. You can drive everywhere with a golf cart. Be sure to check out Dirty Martini. It’s located behind the house, maybe a 5 min walk.

My group of 6 and I loved our stay! Everything was super clean, they had the AC on ready for us, and they set up golf carts for us. There are board games, laundry machines, dishwasher and the house itself is beautiful. The only unexpected change is that the pool house isn’t ready yet but the property manager did a great job of communicating with me about it despite that hiccup. There’s a lot of construction happening in the complex but I couldn’t hear it when we slept. We loved the house. Thanks for a great stay!

absolutely loved our stay at the MB Luxury Vacation Rentals' Casa Blanca. the home was beautiful.. felt like we were staying in the cabins up in the mountain... so comfy! Melki was our contact and he was very proactive before checking in by offering golf cart rentals and a video on how to get to the home. There wasn't an address so the taxi will drop you off at the Mahagony Bay Resort entrance.. which is a 5 min walk from the actual Airbnb. There are any places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Casa Blanca is a beautiful, spacious, welcoming house. We had 2 families with total of 8 people and we had plenty of room for all. Loved the large dining space so everyone could eat and play games together. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Melki was the host with the most. It was great to stay here and the hosts were very pleasant and responsive. They helped us with booking transport and with recommendations. The house is in what will be a great neighborhood but is still being built and restaurants and amenities are outside the community. But very safe and clean.

House is beautiful! Seems almost brand new. There's an arcade/bar to hangout at across the street. The amenities are great, especially for large groups. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, bedding, pots & pans, dishes and cups. TV has a soundbar with Bluetooth capabilities to use as a speaker for music. Location is also great. 5 mins from the beach, 10-15 mins from restaurants. Somewhat in an area for new development but still very nice scenery.  Would stay here again with either a large group or a smaller group. Really bang for your buck. MB management, esp Melki, was great with communication and helping us with anything and everything. Had an issue with WiFi and it was fixed in a few hrs. Hopefully the pool area opens next time we stay. If you're questioning if you should book this place, don't, BOOK IT!

This house was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a place to stay then look no further. The house was super clean and the host was super helpful and responded very quickly when I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely be back to visit.

The house was great! Worked perfectly for our family. The beds were very comfortable and all the extras like seasonings, soaps, etc were a very nice touch. The property manager was amazing to work with. We booked a day trip through them and all the local tips and tricks were very helpful. This home was absolute, Perfect home for a family stay. This host can be consider a super host! House had everything we didn’t bring ex: umbrellas Only downside is house is located in construction area so the noise wasn’t always pleasant in the morning but I’m sure it’s going to be great when finished.

Firstly, I am not the easiest person to work with. I have very high standards, especially when paying for a service and MB Management was so easy to work with. I loved this home and would live in it, if I could. The aesthetics were so relaxing. We were told that it was the first home built on the property. The amenities were fantastic. The pool was under construction, but we found many nearby, so that didn't effect us. There was great food and coffee on the property, as well. If you're scared of heights (like me), don't go to the third floor. The people in San Pedro and MB Management are genuinely happy to have you there. Everyone, everywhere treated us with so much respect and we felt so safe the entire time we were in San Pedro/the home. There were a few small things that needed fixing and I am communicated those to MB Management. They were very attentive and responsive. Their staff was onsite within 24 hours and were able to fix the reported problems.

Where do I begin, our stay at Casa Blanca was amazing! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and had everything we needed. Elliott arranged our golf carts and was always available if we needed information about the island. I actually booked two houses on the resort and hands down this house was so much better then the house we booked directly through Hilton. 4days just wasn’t enough however we will be back! This place is an absolute must to stay in. 15 min on golf cart to the main city. We stayed for a week and it felt like home by the time we left. Clean, beautiful, and very spacious!

This house is absolutely incredible and so is the host! Through Elliott I was able to plan multiple activities easily and had everything on hand when needed. I had a group of 10 girls with me and everyone fit very comfortably in the house. It is extremely spacious and so gorgeous! You will definitely want to stay here for your trip to Belize. It is also walking distance to a few different restaurants which was extremely convenient. Overall the trip was so fun and extremely smooth and most of that was because of Elliott's help! Amazing experience, so glad I chose this Airbnb! The home is extremely clean with modern appliances. The guest book was extremely helpful and answered so many questions. Elliot also responded quickly to any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. We booked a private chef easily through the guest book and the food was unforgettable. I always feel skeptical when traveling to another country. But I felt 100% safe here. The house was very clean as well. There’s so many wonderful things to say about the island of Ambergris Caye but it all begins at La Casa Blanca. This home brings the beauty and decadence of The Hampton’s to the charming town of San Pedro. We were beyond impressed with the level of detail the hosts put in solidifying a memorable experience, from the guest book to the fully stocked mini library and game shelf, we felt right at home. Though there’s still quite a bit of construction going on in the community we had absolutely ZERO issues with any noise disruptions so don’t let that sway you from choosing this beautiful home! You should expect a wonderful experience while staying in this house! It was clean, well kept and communications were great! I feel like they went above and beyond on everything for the house and answered any questions we had so fast!

House is very clean and in a good location.  I would suggest renting a golf cart to make it easy to get around which we did. Management responded to any questions we had and offered suggestions for things to do and the best restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed ourselves at mahogany bay and would stay there again. The house is charming and there is plenty of space for a family of 6-10 people. One of the best things about staying here is that you have access to the private beach which is the nicest on the island. The home is brand new and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It is about 25 min drive to the center of town so plan to make several trips throughout your stay if you plan to go to out. There’s also construction of other homes going on at the moment so it can be a little noisy between 8-5. There’s two full bathrooms and one of this is the master suite so prepare to share. Another great thing about staying here was the communication, the host was always available to help and was great about providing information we needed. This was a life saver! Book this property, you won’t regret it!
