Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious and elegant hall surrounded by a natural tropical atmosphere. The villa features four master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, high-quality linens, and an en-suite bathroom designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Every suite includes floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the pool.
The open-plan kitchen and living area are fully equipped and designed to blend indoor and outdoor living seamlessly, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that enhance the connection with nature.
Outside, you will find a private oasis with a large swimming pool set amidst green gardens. Relax on the sunlit terrace, take a refreshing swim, or simply enjoy the tropical ambiance. There is also a barbecue area and a spacious dining space, perfect for grilling local dishes and dining al fresco with family and friends.

Great location just off the beach. The villa was quiet and super clean. The location is great as it’s walking distance to some of the better cafes in town. Kaukau was great for coffee and breakfast/lunches and Somos cafe and San Taco (some of the best tacos we’ve ever had) are also next door. The beach is stunning and if you’re surfing the break is within 3 min walk. Can recommend enough

We had an amazing stay and truly loved everything about this place. The location is unbeatable and made our time in Santa Teresa so easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area, which made a huge difference for our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing stay. The villa itself is beautiful. It has been designed around the landscape, with trees growing through it and a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel around the pool. The location is great for walking directly into Santa Teresa while being steps from the beach, on one of the main paths to the beach. The downside is that there is music from the beach clubs and quads / bikes / shouting at night. In terms of service, great overall. The concierge service is really helpful. However, there is always someone in or around the villa. The gardener / pool guy comes twice a day and the cleaner comes from 10-3 every day! Obviously this means the property is kept immaculately, but at the same time someone is often in your space. Something for people with young kids to be aware of - the suites are all along an indoor/outdoor corridor so for a/c to work and to stop bugs the doors to need to be closed. These are all minor points for info, still one of the best places we have ever stayed!

Todo es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Milena nos ayudó muchísimo con las actividades que queríamos hacer y contestaba muy rápido. Nos recibieron con fruta, vino y cerveza! Lo único que si haría mención, es que hace falta más comunicación y aclaración desde el inicio sobre quien tiene acceso a la villa y horarios, ya que nos sentimos invadidas muchas de las veces. La pasamos muy lindo. Muchas gracias!

We had an amazing time with my daughter and her friends at Villa Sojo. The house is stunning and the location perfect for exploring Santa Teresa. It is minutes from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Villa SOJO was truly incredible. Steps away from the beach, immaculately clean, and well stocked with anything we needed during our stay. The daily cleaning was a huge bonus. Highly highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay, only a minute’s walk to the beach and extremely comfortable. The pool area was great to hang out in and the staff kept it extremely clean. Would definitely stay there again!
