The Space
This elegant 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom ocean view villa is situated in Las Catalinas, a charming beach town known for its shopping, dining, sunsets, and natural beauty. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is located on car-free streets, offering a peaceful environment with the soothing sound of the ocean available around the clock.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by an outdoor lounge area, a pool, and a BBQ grill. The villa is beautifully decorated with abundant natural light and fully air-conditioned for comfort.

High-speed internet is accessible throughout the villa. The property boasts beamed ceilings and immaculate decoration, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
Guests are provided with several complimentary items, including folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, and basic amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, tea, soap, and shampoo.
For security purposes, the identification of the person who made the reservation must be presented at check-in.
If you are traveling with a larger group and desire privacy, special rates are available for booking Miraflores 7 and 8 together, accommodating up to 19 people. Please contact the reservation department for details.

Parking
- Free parking is available for two cars.
- Parking is managed with an environmentally friendly reusable card provided upon arrival.
- A $50 USD replacement fee applies if the card is lost or not returned.
- Parking on the main road is prohibited.

Las Catalinas Vacation Review Our stay at Las Catalinas was truly exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location was perfect—just a short and convenient distance from the beach and the wonderful restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful pool, which was incredibly refreshing after a day in the sun. The sunsets were absolutely spectacular and provided the perfect backdrop for winding down in the evening. The home itself was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room to accommodate a larger family. We were a smaller family traveling with two teenagers, and they especially loved having access to the club and gym. There is also another gym nearby that is available for a small daily fee, which was a great additional option. We really enjoyed the food in Las Catalinas, particularly the fresh fish and the variety of excellent dining options. It was wonderful to have so many great restaurants!

What a gem of a place! Perfect for our family of 4 but could have had another family easily. Right by the main part of town, 2 minutes to the beach. We will definitely be back to Las Catalinas!

This is a beautiful, spacious home that is well furnished and even better than it looks online. It is right in the middle of Las Catalinas - steps to the beach, restaurants and the spa. The beach club is a three-minute walk and having it included with our stay was a nice amenity. Blue Zone's concierge service was impeccable for our advance planning of airport transfers and tours and for our one-off requests during our stay. Everything was perfect!

We’ve stayed in Las Catalinas for several years and this was our favorite house! Great entry way to store bikes overnight for early am mountain bike adventures and bodysurf boards, close to all that is going on but a little removed so not a lot of foot traffic at all, and 3 balconies each with a water view. House was even better than pictured and very well stocked! We’ll book this one again!!!

The house was really lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Visitors should know that Las Catalinas is still under active development, but that did not impact our stay and we did not have extra noise. The beach is beautiful with great snorkeling and rentals available for all sorts of activities. We enjoyed onsite amenities, including the pool club, restaurants and grocery store. Our kids were out and about on their own and that was great. Very safe and secure. The concierge service was responsive and helpful! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
