The Space
Casa Susana is a beautiful home situated just 300 meters from the beach, perfect for those seeking relaxation amidst the lush greenery of a tropical garden. This residence offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The house is tastefully decorated with vibrant artwork and meticulous attention to detail throughout. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living room equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a dining area featuring a granite table. The kitchen is roomy and well-appointed with high-end appliances, including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
From the main floor, stairs lead down to a lower level that includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. This level also houses the laundry room with a washer and dryer.
An elegant staircase ascends to the second floor, opening to a spacious foyer. From here, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom contains two queen-size beds, while the other has a king-size bed. Both rooms open onto a large balcony overlooking the common pool area and tennis courts.
Continuing upward, marble stairs with glass and mahogany railings lead to the third floor, where the master bedroom is located. This room features a large closet and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has access to two balconies: one overlooking the gardens and another facing a small street by the Reef Club.
A spiral staircase from this level leads to the rooftop terrace, which has a marble floor, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a private plunge pool for six people. From the rooftop, guests can enjoy views of the Caribbean Sea and Cozumel.
All bedrooms and the living area have individual air conditioning and TVs. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking, with a patio table where you can dine while enjoying the Caribbean breeze.

From the moment we got there everything was taken care of! Alex showed us the home and made sure we were taken care of. Any questions we had Mercedes was there to answer in a timely manner. Cleaning services was great as well. The location was also very good. We would recommend to other people.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. The roof top terrace with plunge pool was amazing! My favourite area to hang and out and relax. Large fully equipped kitchen with separate filtered water tap which meant we didnt have to keep going out to purchase bottled water. The garden backs on to a jungle setting with a path that leads down to the communal pool and tennis court. Short walk to a lovely beach and a 20 min walk into town. Taxis are always available at the hotel opposite the property which is extremely helpful. We wouldnt hesitate to book again if we were in the area

We had a great stay at Casa Susana! We visit Playa regularly and this will be on our short list of air bnb’s. The gated access took some getting used to, but we felt very secure. The walk to the beach is right from the backyard and through some beautiful jungle vegetation...we loved seeing the wildlife. The kitchen was fantastic and the house has central AC which is an upgrade in playa. The management team uses Whats app to communicate which was very convenient. Definitely check this place out.

We enjoyed staying here very much… it seemed like a super safe neighborhood with the beach a 5 min walk through beautiful jungle surroundings. Many things are within walking distance of the house. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, we only needed to ask. I appreciated the housecleaning every couple days, and the use of the laundry room. The beds were fairly comfortable and the rooms were big. Be aware that there are lots of going up and down stairs ( main bedroom is on the third floor) but that didn’t bother us. You do hear the music from the Reef hotel across the street until fairly late in the evening, that also didn’t bother us, I enjoyed it, but may bother some. The little swim pools at the house were also great. Mercedes and her team were very responsive and communicated well. The hot water didn’t work when we arrived on Christmas Eve, and even though it was Christmas Day, they sent someone the next day to fix it. Overall it was a great stay!

Great place that worked perfectly for my family while we attended a wedding. Easy access to excellent ocean swimming as well as a nice pool in the shade on the compound. Communication with Mercedes was prompt and professional throughout.

Fantastic House and Location. Not only are you steps from the beach, swimming pool and tennis, but close to 7-11 for snacks, Sam’s Club to stock up the kitchen, and the mall for shopping. Will stay here again.

Great property as described and perfect location close to 10th street - beach was 5 min walk - house was immaculate. Mid level AC went out 1st day and Mercedes had someone there next day to fix it. Would highly recommend this villa - everything was smooth and easy from check in to check out.

The house far exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, well appointed and had an intelligent and user friendly layout. Mercedes was quick with responses for questions and very accommodating. I would return here again the future.
