Location

The property is situated just 7 minutes from downtown Jaco and Jaco Beach, within a new development called The New Jaco. It offers mountain views and attracts local wildlife such as monkeys and parrots.

It is conveniently located 1.5 hours from San Jose Airport, 15 minutes from Los Sueños, and close to several popular beaches including Playa Mantas.

The Space

Welcome to Zen 3, a property featuring a main home and a guest home connected by a large sliding wall, allowing easy access between the two. The main home accommodates up to 10 guests, while the guest home sleeps up to 6.

The property includes:

• Privacy walls surrounding the entire property
• Strong and reliable Wi-Fi

There are a total of six bedrooms, each equipped with independent air conditioning and a room safe. New linens are provided on all beds, and all health and safety protocols are followed.

Main Home (Zen 1)

• Bedroom 1 (2nd floor): King bed, pool views, private balcony, private bathroom, walk-in closet, gym-sized locker, safe, and air conditioning
• Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): Queen bed, private balcony, pool views, safe, and air conditioning
• Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): Queen bed and bunk bed, safe, and air conditioning
• Bedroom 4 (1st floor): Double bed, safe, and air conditioning

The first floor features an open kitchen and living area with:

Outside, there is a lush garden, a resort-style pool with a large shallow area ideal for children, an outdoor shower, outdoor sink, three swinging chairs, and two lounge chairs.

Laundry room is located on the second floor.

Guest Home (Zen 2)

• Bedroom 5 (1st floor): Master bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom, patio with pool access, safe, and air conditioning
• Bedroom 6 (1st floor): Two queen beds, patio with pool access, safe, and air conditioning

The guest home's first floor includes an open kitchen with a large island, two sofas, and a TV. Outside is a smaller pool.

Laundry room is on the first floor.

The second floor is a rooftop patio featuring a hot tub, sunbed, and mountain views.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which is secured by privacy walls and gates. Parking is available for up to 10 cars.

Pets, including dogs, are welcome, and the property is suitable for the whole family.
