Nosara is a town that is constantly developing which is causing properties to be affected by construction noise. Beach Heaven is unfortunately no exception.

Friendly and helpful host, very responsive. Great location. Can be a little noisy on main road. Good value for the cost. Pool not that suitable for very young kids, as there is no shallow end. A little older place but all you need in a good location.

Great stay at this villa! Responsive and friendly host. Villa looked exactly like the pictures and description. The shared pool area was cleaned each day which was really nice. Overall would recommend.

Great spot in Nosara! We loved this Airbnb, perfect for our family - our kids loved the pool and it’s an excellent location to walk to Playa Guiones and all the best restaurants. The staff were so responsive and helpful. Definitely check out Chanchos for BBQ, Guilded Iguana has the best Piña Coladas and if you head down the beach by the tide pools around 6 am to the path towards Playa Pelada you can see howler monkeys. La Luna on Playa Pelada is delicious. Absolutely magical experience and we would stay at this Airbnb again. One note- there is in fact a hairdryer so no need to bring one! Thank you for everything Susy and Merlin.

This stay was absolutely perfect. The location is central to absolutely everything in Nosara and there were so many great restaurants. It was our first time in Costa Rica and we definitely plan to stay at this villa upon our return. Also, walking to the beach at sunset was absolutely magical and our stay was right down the road.

We had a wonderful stay this was our third year staying at Sea Renity. Merlin was terrific and friendly ,she answered all my questions promptly. Lovely location and staff !

The best thing about this stay was the location. It was literally perfect. Super close to beach, restaurants and activities. The beds were super comfortable which was definitely a plus! Although the pool was cool due to the shade, it was perfect to get into it after a day at the beach. There were some things that I will note if you stay here. If it is windy, the tree branches hit the metal roof and it is very loud. It sounds like monkeys jumping on the roof. I brought ear plugs and it helped to some degree. Portable fans would help drown some of the noise out. If both showers are used at the same time, water pressure is reduced significantly to where you just stop doing it. Not a huge deal but for the price we paid, it would have been nice. Stove does not work. None of these items are deal-breakers due to the location and responsive host.

Amir and the entire staff were so helpful, friendly, and responsive from beginning to end. You couldn’t find a better location in Nosara. It’s only a minute walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets. It sits privately in the heart of great shops and restaurants. Loads of towels and outdoor sitting spaces. Would love to stay here again.
