Great house for our family. Walking distance to the beach and all tamarindo entertainment. Safe area. The pool was great to have and the kids loved it. The house had everything we needed and was a great base for our vacation.

Yira was a very good host. She was always very responsive, answering right away. Offered and gave assistance when we asked and very nice. The pool was great and plenty of room in the house too. Definitely recommend!

Great location away from the traffic, close enough to the beach that you can walk. Property was clean and the pool is a nice bonus. Yira is very responsive. We stayed 14 days and were surprised after the first week housekeeping came in and cleaned.

Yira is wonderful and her place is beautiful! We had such a great time at her place. We were three adults and one infant - the place felt spacious and clean. Restaurants and the beach are walkable. You’re away from the crowds. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Yira is super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10
