My wife and I stayed here for a small getaway. We chose this place because of the view, and it did not disappoint. It's on the 8th floor and has a great view of downtown and the marina. The host was able to get us a ride from the airport and was very responsive when we had any questions. The security and staff were friendly and the residence is in a walking distance to restaurants and the marina. We did Uber back to the residence a couple of times because it is a steep hill so be mindful of that. We enjoyed staying here and will come back again when we're able to.

Beautiful place, the view alone is worth the stay the location is perfect, you can walk to all the stores and restaurants within 5 mins, it was clean and pictures are 100 percent accurate. I would definitely recommend staying here not one complaint on my end

I’ve stayed in this building multiple times now, and each visit has been absolutely amazing! The unit is incredibly spacious and roomy, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The views are truly breathtaking—whether you’re relaxing inside or out on the balcony, it’s hard to beat. The building’s pool is lovely and well-maintained, and the hot tub is a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it’s a game-changer: super easy to walk to downtown, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and things to do right nearby. I will definitely be returning—highly recommend this place!

The unit has a gorgeous view of Cabo, but that's about the only positive. Overall , we had a very bad experience . The elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to carry our suitcases up 8 flights of stairs. It remained broken for half of our stay and we had to hike 8 flights of stairs any time we left, which significantly impacted the trip. Despite someone in our party being disabled and having trouble with stairs, the owner waited two days to offer us other accommodations, and only after we said we would be leaving to find somewhere else to stay. They moved us to a cheaper, worse unit lower in the building and didn't offer any compensation for our inconvenience or even the price difference between the units. Other negatives: The pool was freezing, the building has tons of rules with steep fines, the building is on a steep hill so the walk back is tough, during our entire stay the only fresh food in the building "cafe" was a single sandwich in the cooler.

The highlights: spacious unit, responsive host, full time security, easy to catch uber, walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants, beautiful balcony views, has useful kitchen appliances (e.g., coffee maker, small toaster oven, electric water kettle) Things to know: pool is on 4th floor (8 total floors), so by ~1pm the pool area does not get sun (sun is behind building), lots of rules (a whole book, with potential fines for not following), quiet time after 11pm, no guests allowed

We had an incredible stay at this Cabo condo! The 2-bedroom layout was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a large master bathroom that felt like a spa. The private balcony overlooked the marina and bay — the views were absolutely breathtaking. Mornings with coffee watching the boats come in and evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars were pure perfection. The pool and fire pit area were quiet, clean, and peaceful, creating a private resort feel. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from restaurants, shops, and the marina, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out.

Montemar at Cabo was a fantastic property. We felt very safe with the 24/7 security and enjoyed each of the amenities the property had to offer. For the most part, it is a quiet place to relax and offers great views whilst being nestled in the hills. The entire condo is spacious and clean and could easily suit 4 guests with the 2 king beds.

The condo was just like the pictures. It has a beautiful view of the city and the host was very responsive & communicative.

Amazing stay, location and spacious apartment.

My stay at this unit was our second time in this incredible building, and it did not disappoint! This top-floor unit on the eighth floor is hands-down one of the best in the entire property. Everything was absolutely perfect—stunning furniture, unbeatable location, and amazing walkability to fantastic restaurants. The pool area was a highlight, and the staff, like Alex, made it even more enjoyable. Truly a five-star experience! Just a heads-up: there’s some roof work happening, so you might hear occasional noise for the next few weeks. Despite that, I’m already looking forward to my next stay—can’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment is in a very nice building and the view is great - this is on the top / 8th floor. The pool was great. The one problem we had is that the building immediately next door is under construction and there is noise during the day until 4/5pm. Looks like building will be under construction for a few months.

I came here for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and wow what a place it was! to be honest, the pictures don't do it any justice at all! Very spacious, great location, and the view! the view was everything! the pool and hot tub was great overlooking the Centro/marina area. My mom is planning a girls trip for her and her friends and already recommended this place to her. Just a little note to the girlies if you're planning on wearing heels, order an uber because it is a walk up the will to get to this place. Other than that, this place was amazing!

The stay was great and we really appreciate the host they were responsive at all times. We loved the pool and the views. It’s a perfect view! You overlook the city and the ocean we loved it !!! We will be coming back soon.

The place looked as described. The view was incredible. The second bathroom shower wasn’t clean but issues was resolved in a timely matter. The area was close to the marina and restaurants. Would ask the owner leave additional trash bags for future renters. Definitely would stay again!

This Airbnb by Momentum is highly recommended by my family and I. We had an amazing stay here and it was very peaceful with a beautiful skyline view! The place was fully furnished and spotless! But we would like to mention that the maintenance guy was the one who told us the restaurant in the complex has been shut down for a while, as for the host, they explained it is open. This was a little misleading but everything else about our stay was great. Thank you so much we will definitely be coming back again!

My stay at the AirBnB was perfect! The listing was as described and the property was clean. Upon arrival, security at the main entrance guided us to the proper building and I was able to park my rental onsite in the assigned parking spot. Would definitely book again.

THE VIEWS!! Cozy condo located in the heart of Cabo with incredible city, ocean, and mountain views. It was a short (but STEEP) walk to get into the action of down town, but far enough away to feel like i was in my own private condo. If you are not used to typical noises of a city, this option might be a bit loud. There is a dreamy café attached to the condo where they serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. There is a small private gym to get a workout in before lounging by the pool or sitting on the turfgrass admiring the city skyline or boat traffic in the marina. The security team made me feel safe and was noticeably observant about everyone coming and leaving. Jonathan was extremely accommodating and made my stay extra relaxing. He coordinated transportation, stocked my fridge with groceries, provided several recommendations, and checked in a few times during my stay to make sure I was comfortable. This specific condo did have a strong mildew odor that was pungent.

I don't think there is  a better view in all of Cabo. The apartment was everything you see in the pictures and more. The place was super clean and very accommodating, with available pre-stocking of groceries and beach towels at your disposal. There is a steep climb from the entrance gate to the building to just keep in mind if you aren't in the best physical shape. The host was very good at checking in with us after booking and throughout the trip. We had some issues with the water and they were very quick to respond and send out someone to clean and repair the issue. The swimming pool area has the same amazing views of downtown Cabo and is very well kept. There is a mini restaurant located next to the pool area which serves breakfast and coffee which was very nice. If I ever come back to visit there is no doubt I'd stay here again, absolutely loved the place.

Momentum is a great host! Very responsive when I had questions. They also did a great job setting up our transport to and from the airport. The condo is gorgeous, top floor penthouse! It was perfect way to spend my birthday the views never got old. I would recommend them and this place and would stay again. It is walking distance to town and the marina but far enough away for privacy and the 24 hr security is nice to have. Thank you!

Great location and is walkable to Marina and many fabulous restaurants, even Walmart if you don't mind a little exercise. There is a yummy coffee shop just a block away. The only negative was the pool was very cold. We did Uber to a couple of calmer local beaches.

This is a beautiful new apartment with great views and easy walking distance into town and the Marina! For those looking for a quiet place, this may not be for you. The traffic noise and barking dogs is noticeable. I would recommend not staying in the front bedroom or using white noise if you are not used to the city noise.

Beautiful large Penthouse Unit on the 8th floor, 4 blocks to Cabo Wabo downtown. The unit sits high up on the hill offering stunning views of Cabo and the Water. The gate attendant is easy going and easy to get an Uber to the lobby.

Because of its elevated location, the views from the huge balcony of the entire city, the marina, the sea and the mountains were beyond amazing. The hosts were extremely responsive. They provided clear instructions before arrival. They always responded to my queries and requests in no time.

High up from the hustle of downtown Cabo is this oasis of calm. A great use of luxurious marble and glass and oversized bedrooms as well as floor to ceiling glass gives the apartment a feeling of luxury that most hotel rooms can’t match. With so many great dining options all around we didn’t even use the kitchen and there are Oxxos a short walk away for daily conveniences. We also loved the huge infinity pool with views that don’t get old. Our host contact was very responsive! My only advice to visitors is to remember that the location is at the top of a very steep driveway with no stairs to street level. If you drive (there’s a free parking spot) this isn’t a problem but if you’re planning on walking you’ll need to be fit. Finally- the front facing bedroom can experience weekend noise - Cabo is the party capital of Baja after all and the windows are single pane glass.

The place was AMAZING and the view cannot be beat! It felt like we were living in luxury all week. Walking distance to everything including the marina and tons of nearby restaurants. We did take an Uber back up the hill (never paid more than $5 USD for the trip up). I would absolutely recommend this place and we will be back!

Montemar is situated in a perfect location for amazing sweeping views of Los Cabos, from the cityscape to the marina with beautiful sunrises. This unit is on the top floor with a huge balcony, so you get the best views! Montemar is a perfect location for great walkability. It sits on the side of the hill with a good little hike from the street's curb to the base of the building, but don't let it hinder your decision, it's not that bad! The walk down to the city's main streets and the marina will take less than 10 minutes! Easy access to restaurants and plenty or nightlife! You won't want to miss the art walk (5 minute walk) on Friday nights! Ubers or taxis are also available and can drop you and pick you up at the security gate. There is a new little bar/restaurant on site at the poolside. The inside of the unit was just as pictured and described! Everything was clean and welcoming! Management was very responsive to all of our questions and needs! We highly recommend!

Loved the area! The apartment is walking distance to everything and has an amazing view. Definitely will stay here again. The only thing missing is maybe more cleaning supplies for tiding up. This place was awesome!

Best view in Cabo great location not to far of a walk from the main strip.

The apartment was very nice however the host were not. Very unresponsive. One of my guest got stuck inside one of the bedrooms for over 3 hours, because of a faulty lock on the bedroom door, causing us to miss our group excursion which was over $800 dollars alone. The host also entered the apartment without our consent while NO ONE WAS HOME to change the lock. This is a huge red flag for us and made all of us feel unsafe. The host is very unresponsive. Did not provide any house rules and then complained to use because we were playing music at 1am. Again, no house rules were provided at all. In addition, it took them hours to answer simple request and took them hours to get our guest out of the room. I wouldn’t recommend this spot. If you’re in the hospitality business, you need to learn how to communicate with your guest in a timely manner and how to make things right (from a reimbursement stand point) when your guest lose money due to your apartment locks being faulty.

Nice place with a great open balcony with a view of the city. Walkable location however we had a Jeep rental that was also easy to get in and out with. Clean. Had a washer and dryer with soap, they had plenty of extra towels also. Overall recommend

My wife and I had an excellent stay here. At the start of our stay, finding the location was easy. Checking in with the security guards at the gate was initially a bit stressful since they had difficulty locating our information. After that was resolved, everything was smooth sailing. The unit itself was immaculate and very comfortable. It was definitely spacious and lived up to the images online. The views from the balcony and the bedroom were breathtaking and we enjoyed waking up each morning to witness some incredible sunrises. We were thankful for the water and Corona that was provided! We wish we didn't have to purchase our own laundry detergent but that was a small inconvenience. Also beware of the noise population from the dance clubs down the hill but I don't think that can be avoided when staying in Cabo San Lucas. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have been happier with the unit and the amenities offered.

This might be the best view in Cabo! The back wall is all glass doors that can be fully opened to have an indoor/outdoor living setup. The interior of the unit is beautiful and was sparkling clean upon arrival. We actually arrived before the check-in time while the unit was being cleaned and they allowed us to leave our luggage there so that we could get our day started. There is a steep walk up to Montemar which we had no issue with but it is something important to note. Since it was only my husband and myself we only used the main bedroom/bathroom, however, my husband did note a plumbing issue with the second bathroom that would not make it usable if needed. I am privately messaging the host in hopes this is addressed soon. While we had been to Cabo before, we had never stayed in town. I was surprised at how loud one of the clubs was which kept me from sleeping a couple of the nights. The noise is not a reflection of the unit, but just an FYI about the area.

Excellent location, everywhere is very easy to walk to. Very clean, the beds were excellent to sleep on. Very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
