The Space

This luxury apartment is located on the sixth floor and offers an unobstructed, direct view of the Pacific Ocean. It comes fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy a vacation in the beautiful port city of Acapulco. The apartment is in excellent condition, although a window in the main bedroom requires repair. Currently, it has a temporary fix that allows airflow from outside but partially blocks the ocean view.

The condominium provides numerous amenities, including a restaurant, pool, and beach service. Please note that ongoing reconstruction in the area may occasionally cause service interruptions beyond our control.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the apartment and all facilities within this remarkable development. Amenities include:

The condominium requires a deposit of $5,000, payable by cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only; American Express and debit cards are not accepted). Cash deposits are refunded immediately upon checkout, while credit card refunds may take several days. An identification document will also be collected and held during your stay.

Additional Information

Daily cleaning service is mandatory and costs an additional $500 per day, payable in cash directly to the cleaning staff.

The rental rate includes a daily electricity allowance of $300, which is sufficient to use the air conditioning while in the apartment. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the air conditioning when leaving and to avoid setting temperatures below 23.5°C to prevent excessive energy consumption and potential equipment damage. If the electricity allowance is exceeded, additional balance can be recharged at the building's reception.
