Casa Energea

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This is a luxury property located in a gated community. The property itself is exactly as it looks in the picture and is very private from other nearby houses. It is located 7-10 minutes from many nearby amenities, but you won't want to leave once you see the pool and the view.

The location is a bit remote but the view and peace and quiet made up for it. The place was super-clean, beautifully styled and well-built. The pool was perfect. Nicholas was our host-very accommodating, friendly and responsive.

We had a great time at Casa Energea. Nicolas (property mgr) was very responsive and welcoming. Only a few minor suggestions: - Leave extra garbage bags - Leave extra paper towels - Leave extra coffee Other than that- fully recommend the home. Beautiful location and fantastic view!

Being the first time in Costa Rica - this place was AMAZING! It was exactly what we were looking for. Secluded with a breathtaking view of Flamingo Beach and marina. Our contact person Nicolas was outstanding. Always super responsive If we had any questions. The house had beach amenities which were great. We had such an amazing time -the pool was just perfect to come back to after a long day. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a secluded location with an amazing view. We would love to go back again - hopefully soon. We really did fall in love with Costa Rica and where we stayed made it even better. Pura Vida

one word: perfect Perfect, like in: perfect house, perfect rental, perfectly clean and… perfect Nicolas! :) ok, you sure need a car (walkable is the only thing i didn’t click in all the review questions…) but this is exactly why you get this incredible view and privacy. The road up to the house is easy. Instructions are cristal clear. We saw multiple animals and bids (including my motmot friend) directly from the awesome front terrace/pool. So many nice places and beaches nearby…. Finally, I haven’t had a chance to meet Nicolas in person, but this must be the best host interactions I ever had in all the rentals I ever made… thanks again for everything and for sharing this incredible place! y… pura vida!

Casa Energea was beautiful and extremely private! We will definitely be coming back, and we'll be sure to bring the kids next time. The drive up to the house was fun and clearly labeled. We even spotted four white-tailed deer on the property, so beautiful. The house manual was perfect, with clear instructions and excellent labeling throughout the house. Everything we needed was available during our stay, including a wine bottle opener. The view is spectacular, even better than the photos. Our Airbnb host Nicolas was super friendly and responsive. Lots of local activities and restaurants to choose from in the area. This house is a real gem. Hurry up and book this place before you miss out!

We had a great week at this beautiful home. The pool was incredible; deep enough to swim with breathtaking views when you need a break. The tile around the pool is perfect because it does not hold the heat, so while it was 90 degrees every day, we never had to worry about burning our feet. The house comes fully stocked with all the beach supply you could need, and there are so many amazing beaches within 30 minutes of the house that we were very appreciative of these amenities. Other perks include an ICE-MAKER and a washer and dryer. Nicholas is the property manager, and he is lovely. He’s quick to respond, has great local tips, and is so positive. I do need to mention that there is construction on a new build not too far from this house, and crews work from 7:00-5:00. Not a big deal if you are enjoying beaches and activities, but it can be loud at times. Overall, loved our stay. The house is great.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Energea in Costa Rica. The view stretching toward the ocean is absolutely stunning — you wake up to peaceful mornings and end the day with beautiful sunsets. The home feels very private and quiet, making it easy to truly relax and disconnect. I recommend getting a massage. The location was perfect. It was an easy drive to Potrero, Playa Flamingo, and Las Catalinas, so we were able to explore beaches, shops, and restaurants without any hassle. There are tons of great food options nearby, from casual spots to nicer dinners, so we never ran out of places to try. The house itself was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. The large patio was a highlight — perfect for morning coffee, reading, or just enjoying the breeze and view. Inside, the kitchen had all the essentials you don’t always expect in a rental but really appreciate. The community security was excellent. The just and property manager were the best host we ever had. Pura Vida!

We really enjoyed our stay! Bed was comfortable! Great communication! Was wonderful to have the private pool 🏊‍♂️ with perfect sunlight ☀️ hours! Nice little mountain 🏔️ and ocean 🌊 view. Very responsive with questions. Helpful accommodating us a bit early. I think the only request I can think of was to have had a heads up on the river crossing . Also was nice to have a full kitchen ! And ICE 🧊 maker !

We had such a great stay at Casa Energea! The view is outstanding and the neighbourhood feels very “tico.” Close to all the nice beaches in the area!
