The house was clean and in good condition upon my arrival 02/027/2026. Cristina, the property manager, was responsive to any of my requests/concerns. She had the house cleaned and the grounds/pool maintained during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you wish to experience an enjoyable visit to Tamarindo. You can rent a golf cart or walk easily to the beach, restaurants & stores. Once again my family relaxed and loved staying in Tamarindo. Dianne

This home is truly exceptional! My family (ages 5 months to 85 years old) couldn’t have been more comfortable - the home has everything you need whether you want to stay home and grill fresh seafood while lounging in the pool in your own private sanctuary or take a short walk to dozens of restaurants and shops in the heart of Tamarindo. Or just stroll down the block to the beautiful beach! We would book it again in a second and you should too if you’re lucky enough to make it to the area!

Wonderful Airbnb! Ended up being the perfect home for our group of 8 for a full week. Super close to crazy monkey, and just a short walk to the beach. This Airbnb is located on the edge of town, which is nice to escape to during the night when the town is a bit busy

Cris was a great host and concierge! House was very good and we had tons of room. The sliding doors were. Bit difficult to operate and especially to lock. Otherwise, great spot and great host!!

Great house for a family. The pool is lovely, the house is very clean and welcoming and has separate areas to relax. It is a five minute walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops etc… The beach is beautiful and the waves are perfect for beginner surfers (remember to wear long shorts to avoid chafing from the board). Cristina, the Airbnb agent, is very attentive and is always available to make sure your stay is perfect We would highly recommend this house

Our group of 10 had a fabulous stay here! Chris was a super helpful and responsive host. The kids loved the pool. The location was amazing in Tamarindo - 5 minutes to the beach but out of the main town area. The only downside is a nightclub nearby that played loud music on the weekends. Close to a few incredible beach restaurants. The surfing out front was ideal.

The house was in a very convenient location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was clean and even more cozy than it appears in the pictures. WiFi wasn’t working and they had someone there very quickly to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.
