This newly upgraded villa includes:

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• The primary suite features a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress, a Jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, a sitting area, and access to the balcony.
• The guest suite includes two queen-size beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bathroom.
• The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that accommodates two guests, along with a full bathroom nearby.

Concierge Services

A personal concierge is available before and throughout your stay. Services include:

• Arranging dinner reservations
• Organizing excursions
• Grocery shopping, available for an additional fee

Resort and Location

Villa La Estancia is a five-star resort on Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The resort combines the amenities of a luxury property with the comfort and privacy of a private home.

Each villa is privately owned, and the resort’s U-shaped design provides beautiful views throughout the property. The layout surrounds the infinity pool and offers views of either the sapphire-blue Sea of Cortez or the landscaped gardens.

• Building 1 overlooks the Land’s End rock formation.
• Building 2 faces the lush gardens and sparkling sea.
• Building 3 offers early risers views of the morning sunrise.

The resort is also within walking distance of downtown Cabo San Lucas. Guests can reach town by walking along the beach, using the sidewalks, or taking a taxi or water taxi.

• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia. Please consider this when selecting September dates.
• Spring Break and Christmas Break reservations require a seven-night minimum and must run from Saturday to Saturday.
