Very good host and neighbors! Perfect communication, and very friendly. Perfect location and well furnished. However the flat is VERYYYY noisy due to a lot of chicken and dogs that scream starting at 4h30 am. If you don't care about the noise, this is a perfect flat to rent, we were with a 1 year old baby, this was pretty tough!

We moved into Diego’s place for two months, to volunteer in Pedasí and explore the area. The house: Great. Well equipped kitchen with all you need, stovetop burners run real high so keep your eye on that. Bedrooms were comfy and the mini-split AC units work well. Back area is comfortable, but can smell a little funny because the neighbors have a wild kingdom bird/dog sanctuary next door! Not messy and they are wonderful folks (made us chorizo!), just odd. So we set up a hammock on the front porch and enjoyed it. Neighborhood: Very very local, away from any real traveling hotspots. This is great because, just like we did, everyone is out on their front porch, enjoying the neighborhood, talking to neighbors, etc. This is also tough because there is a fair chorus of local dogs and fruit trucks that make a whole lot of noise at all hours. Restaurants up the street are some of the only good spots in Pedasí, definitely try them Diego and his property manager were friendly, responsive (usually immediately), and very helpful with anything that came up during our stay. Riccardo even loaned me a necktie (from his Halloween costume!) because I had a job interview online while we were there! I recommend the place, very happily. Comfy and local and surrounded by nice people.

A wonderful gem right in the center of town and close to everything. This is definitely a place to check out if you want the authentic town experience. We could not have asked for better neighbors who were super welcoming and didn't stop feeding us during our stay. We live in Pedasi and now we are neighbors. Diego is a great host and we will definitely meet again.

We enjoyed our stay at Diego's place. It was a great location as we didn't have a car and was walking distance to everything in town. Diego and his friends Sabrina and Riccardo we're quick to respond when some little things came up. Could have been cleaner but I am sure they will fix that for the next guests. We would stay again!

If you want to find a nice place to chill in Pedasi , near to everything this is the best option you can find price wise , every penny is worth, very nice communication and diligence from the host !

Best place to stay in pedasi. Affordable, comfortable and near everything. Central to a lot of surf spots including playa venao. Diego made everything easy. Will come again
