We liked the apartment quite a bit. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was excellent and the area was very central. Parking was included.

The apartment building is quite an experience and the location is great. The apartment quite clean. Some important supplies were missing in the apartment, such as a coffee maker (the funny thing is that there was coffee available!). Being an apartment building, please note that check-in is tedious. They ask for information from all guests, so check-in is slow and you have to leave the car parked outside while they take your information (you have to pay the parking meter on the street while this happens).

Hicieron falta algunos insumos importantes en el apartamento como una cafetera (lo curioso es que si había  café disponible!). Al ser un edificio de apartamentos tomen en cuenta que el ingreso es tedioso. Piden información de todos los huéspedes por lo que el ingreso es lento y debes dejar el carro aparcado afuera mientras toman tus datos (tienes que pagar el parquímetro de la calle mientras esto sucede).

The building has many common areas, it is located in a good area where there are places to eat, everything is very close. I highly recommend this place, it has everything you need, also if you need parking they assign you a space. We were very satisfied.

I regularly stay at this property, which has several AB&B spaces available within it. It’s a great building with restaurants, patios, gardens, and other amenities all located within. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained, with all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay.

The place is just like the description, cozy, good location, smooth communication with the host, and help with any situation that occurs.

We had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at this apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed, and the design was very nice. The coffee shop downstairs was a great perk, too. The host and team were very helpful and proactive, which we really appreciated. The location is also great - it's super convenient and close to everything. Overall, it was a solid, comfortable place for our trip.

Great location, walking distance to lots of cool bars and restaurants. It's a studio apt inside a large building. Very spartan and functional. Good for a short stay.

Very cute and cozy place.  This place has a combo washer/dryer INSIDE THE UNIT.  You do not have to use the common area washer and dryer.  The building amenities are great.  The gym is pretty big--bigger than your typical hotel or apartment type of gym.  There are many machines and free weights, treadmills and bikes.  Definitely felt very secure and safe as well.

Great place to stay for 2 people!  The one bedroom can be isolated from the rest of the studio by two sliding doors, offering privacy and essentially eliminating any outside traffic or tarin noise.   It has A/C, but didn't have to use it as the weather was cool.  Restful sleep!  A combo washer / dryer is in the apartment  Nice!

Nice apartment to spend some days in San José. I really had a nice time there! Sleeping room and bed are comfortable. The kitchen has all equipment you need for a short stay and even a washing machine (besides there is also washing room in the building). There is a closet for store bags and clothes. To me it seems that the couch needs a make-over but I put a blanket on it to cover it. There is a small heated pool to relax. The gym was huge and well-equipped compared to other hotel gyms. I also liked the view from the terrace (although some expats ocupied the leisure rooms for their work). I did not use all amenities (there even is a small cinema).

We had a fantastic stay at this place, The apartment was very clean, Confortable, Modern and had a great view of the City from the balcony. The neighborhood was peaceful, yet just a short walk to the vibrant downtown and surrounding by very nice restaurants where you meet all the locals. Bük  was an excellent host, proactively reaching out to ensure everything was going smoothly and always quick to respond when needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything is very good, just like the pictures, only if you are going to bathe with hot water do not leave the bathroom door open because the smoke alarm is activated.  BUk super attentive and kind

The place is small but very nice. The view of the city is the best of the apartment. Being in an access control building feels very safe. Close to the place there are many places to eat. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The host at all times very attentive and helpful from before arriving until the end of the stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, very comfortable and has everything you need for the stay, it looks much better being there than in the photos, they don't do it justice. The common amenities or rooms of the place are very top, they are always spotless and very nice photos are taken, the view from the 29th floor is impressive and the pool is not very busy so its use is quite pleasant. There is a lot to do in the surroundings both day and night, lots of nightlife and beautiful and quiet surroundings, there are restaurants and shops you can walk quietly. Overall an excellent place to clear and relax with great luxury, 100% recommended, I would return without a thought.

El anfitrión en todo momento muy atento y servicial desde antes de llegar hasta el final de la estadía. El apartamento en si es hermoso, muy cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas para la estadía, se ve mucho mejor estando ahí que en las fotos, no le hacen justicia. Las amenidades o salas comunes del lugar son muy top, siempre están impecables y se sacan fotos muy bonitas, la vista desde el piso 29 es impresionante y la piscina no es muy transitada así que su uso es bastante agradable. Hay mucho que hacer en los alrededores tanto de día como de noche, mucha vida nocturna y alrededores bonitos y tranquilos, hay restaurantes y tiendas te puedes mover caminando tranquilamente. En general un excelente lugar para despejarse y relajarse con mucho lujo, 100% recomendado, volvería sin pensarlo.

Fantastic. Great place to stay in San Jose!

During my 2.5 weeks in San Jose, I cycled through 3 apartments in this perfectly located building, close to cool gastropubs, shops, and museums. The host is so kind and professional and made my stay incredibly comfortable. While the apartment offered functionality, the décor could use a slight refresh to match the boutique hotel vibe of the building. Despite not being the most stylish compared to the other apartments I stayed in, it had everything I needed for a good night's sleep and a productive workday.

We will be back, perfect location,, quiet, many amenities in the building, do not use any but good to know that they are there

I've stayed in a bunch of apartments in this building and this was my favorite layout by far. Nice view and friendly, responsive host. The fan was powerful enough that I was mostly comfortable without AC. My only major issue was that the whole apartment is built for tall people. I'm 5'2" and couldn't reach either the dishes or the shampoo in the shower. Also, as with other apartments in the building, the hot water was extremely limited. Great location and nice amenities. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed in this lovely apartment and was thoroughly impressed by how cozy and inviting it was. Every detail in the apartment contributed to a warm, comfortable atmosphere that made my stay exceptionally pleasant. Additionally, the location is absolutely perfect, offering convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and ideally situated place to stay.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment had everything we needed for our final night stay in Costa Rica. The train was very noisy but stopped overnight thankfully! The shower was amazing and the view from the balcony was lovely!

I really recommend this place, it is very nice, modern, clean and has a well equipped kitchen. There are 100 meters from many restaurants and the city center is a 10-minute walk to visit the many museums. Host has always been very responsive!

Buck's apartment is modern, clean, very well-stocked, very well-stocked with everything you need, and true to the photos.  I recommend it. The reception in the building is needed courtesy and kindness in.

The apartment is very cute with a great view of San Jose. It had everything we needed for a short stay, however, there is no air conditioning (this is mentioned in the amenity section, but is surprising given how fancy the building is), so the only way to get fresh air in the place is to open the balcony door which also welcomes in all the honking from the street which was very loud - bring earplugs! They did provide a couple fans. The pool was closed which was one of the main reasons I rented the Airbnb, so that was frustrating. We requested a parking space and it was provided, but it was not explained that we had to park on the street first, go into the lobby to check in, and then go back to the car to bring it into the garage.

We had a super stay in the Appartement. The complex offers everything from laundry to a bar. Communication with bük was easy, friendly and quick.

Nice place, good location. It has the basics for a couple. The check system is very slow, not very good customer service, slow entry.

I loved the apt. has everything you need. hosts were super responsive and helpful with suggestions and lonks to travel around costa rica. apt was fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with extra toilet paper, towels, sheets, blankets and pillows (very thoughtful).. the sliding doors to close off the besroom were great. apt was pristine clean. wifi was good. location is the best. easy to walk everywhere in the area and get downtown. very safe. staff was friendly. the building itself had everything you could want in a high rise and more.. I would definitely stay here again

Thank you for a lovely stay. This place is in close proximity to the airport (about 20 minutes), wonderful restaurants, 10 minutes walk to the city center and noise was not an issue.

The host was helpful. We arrived two hours earlier and was very tired from the road. We had no problem checking in early. The apartment was clean, and well-maintained. Wi Fi worked perfectly, the apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I'm glad we stayed here 🙏

Bük is an excellent host, extremely accessible, attentive and answers any questions that may arise quite quickly. Perfect location as everything is close by. In fact, you can hear some music at night in the area but it doesn't stop sleeping or resting. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back

Bük es un excelente anfitrión, sumamente accesible, atento y contesta bastante rápido a cualquier duda que pueda surgir. Ubicación perfecta ya que hay de todo cerca. En efecto sí se escucha un poco la música de noche de la zona pero no impide dormir ni descansar. Muy recomendado, definitivamente volveré
