It was an amazing stay. There ware eleven of us and all agree. All rooms were comfortable with ac units in each room. Host was attentive and welcoming. We definitely recommend and would stay again. We saw sloths iguanas toucans, Horse in the property. Expect to see geckos in your rooms. Our only recommendation for hooks for towels. Thank you Juan for an amazing stay

This home had so much to offer! It was a great find! Isabella who lived on the premises was super nice, friendly, and helpful. We arrived later than anticipated, and she was warm and welcoming while giving us a tour of the home. The home itself was incredible. We had 8 people in our group and it had so much seating space and rooms to accommodate all of us. The games on the patio made for fun group activities. The outdoor atmosphere was even cooler when it was raining since the patio was perfectly covered so you could enjoy the outdoors while staying dry. Would recommend this home time and time again!

Read my comment among others and you will find the reasons ..this place needs a LOT of maintainance. Initial problem, there were a bunch of coockaraches, which we try to kill and also took pictures and sent to the owner. He said is common to have those on the area. If you spray on a regular basis that should not be an issue. Also all types of bugs inside the house, spider webs. Sheets were dirty with stains, again nothing to do about it. The dryer/washer did not work, again took a picture of the home made they did to the handle which shows the low maintainance the house get. Two of the batrooms were disgustingly dirty. One of the A/C did not work, the owner said the remote did not have bateries but he did not fix it. Some windows dont close, so needed to leave the window open with all the mosquitos, no screens either. There was a fridge, but the icemaker did not work. We end up leaving the place early next week and move to another. Locate 35 min from downtown, a not nice neighboorhood.

L’endroit a beaucoup de potentiel. L’environnement est charmant. Toutefois le domaine n’était pas prêt à recevoir des visiteurs. C’est très dommage. La propreté des lieux était si déficiente qu’il n’était pas envisageable que nous y résidions. Nous nous sommes fait rembourser. Je souhaite sincèrement que l’hôte prenne en considération mes commentaires constructifs afin d’offrir aux futurs voyageurs une meilleure expérience; car je le répète, l’endroit a tout pour offrir un superbe séjour.

La casa esta muy grande, la piscina y areas sociales son grandes pero me parece que hacen falta abanicos de techo en las areas sociales para soportar mejor el calor en las areas abiertas. Carlos el encargado nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.
