So kid friendly and walkable. Such an easy location but didn’t feel loud or busy on our street. Host was responsive and so helpful with check in/out flexibility as well as some cleaning help we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again when coming to town.

Lovely stay for a group of 5 of us. Walkable everywhere so we didn’t always have to travel as a group. Some of us could go out while others stayed behind. Highly recommended.

House is clean, about a 10 minute walk to the beach (Not 5 minutes as listed), you cannot use sunscreen in the pool limiting the hours of pool use to before 11 and after 3 or later (this should have been communicated prior to booking) the pool is shared with many neighbors that live there permanently and do not seem to like visitors, neighbor’s put up cardboard signs in front of rental/rocks inside pool as well as reminded us when you see them not to wear sunscreen rather than greet you. The sinks smell like sewage and need cosmetic work to them. Ongoing construction immediately next door that starts at 0600 and is extremely loud so don’t plan on sleeping. The rental does not have bath soap so keep that in mind as the supermarket is about a 10’minute drive away. Checkout is at 1000 sharp. Our flight took off at 7pm, we requested for a later checkout after confirming the rental was not booked for over a week after we left and were ignored until the maid showed up. Not worth the money.

We had a really nice stay here. The location is good and convenient to downtown Guiones and the beach. The host was very responsive and the cleaners did a great job. Docking one star unfortunately because the beds were really uncomfortable. The bed frame was loud and the beds were extremely firm - two of us like really firm beds and even for us, they were way too hard. More consideration on a softer bed that most people will find comfortable would have helped make our stay more restful. Overall, we had a nice experience and are grateful for our stay here. Thank you!

The place was great and worked well for our family. It is walkable to lots of stuff but is on a quiet street which is nice to be away from the main parts of town to keep noise down. The host was very communicative and was able to help with local recommendations and tours. We'd stay here again.

This is a great location in Nosara, with multiple restaurants, shops, tourism sites in easy walking distance. The property manager was very responsive and met us within minutes when we could not find the place. The house is extremely well-furnished, with everything you need. And it’s pretty private for being in the center of things. The communal swimming pool was a nice respite from the very intense heat.

We were a family of 7 staying at Casa Oso. We felt save with extra security and the house was very clean. We were comfortable and felt at home with this rental. What I loved most is the open concept living area and the endless amount of space for food and storage. I also LOVED the shared pool. We met people there every day. It had the perfect amount of sun and shade and the jets were a nice surprise! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone going to Nosara. It's just off the main strip which was so nice!
