The Space
Villa Sara is a brand-new architectural masterpiece and a spacious oceanfront retreat featuring five bedrooms. This stunning home offers 6,000 square feet of open, airy living space adorned with custom teak furnishings and contemporary chic decor throughout.
The villa boasts a 50-foot infinity pool, complemented by lounge chairs and an indoor-outdoor wooden deck that overlooks the lagoon-like Caribbean Sea. Guests can relax by the water, enjoy drinks while watching boats pass by, and take in breathtaking sunsets from a front-row seat.
Each of the five oversized bedrooms includes a spa-like bathroom. There is one master bedroom on the first floor and another on the second floor. Four bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the fifth bedroom contains two queen beds, ensuring ample comfort for all guests.
Location and Access
Upon entering the gated property, you are welcomed by lush front gardens filled with palm trees and island greenery. A housekeeper will greet you upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
The villa offers easy access to ultra-private waters with a crystal-clear entry point only four feet deep, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. For diving enthusiasts, dive boats can pick you up directly from the property.
Pricing Structure
To accommodate both small and large groups, Luxury Cozumel has introduced a flexible pricing system. Rates start at $1,000 per night for up to four guests. Each additional guest is charged $65 per night, up to the villa’s maximum occupancy.

Wow Ronen’s beautiful new villa has it all. Every room was meticulously planned, with its own balcony, the most comfortable bed with both a fluffy pillow and a less thick pillow (options!), gorgeous master bath with waterfall shower, individual temperature control in each bedroom, and wonderful cleaning/gardening/pool staff turning the space into an impeccable paradise again day after day. The private beach access was lovely and a great place to enjoy some sandy beach on the island. If you are looking to just get away and decompress, this is your place. Note that the Villa is on the far south side of the island where restaurants are sparse, so it’s about 20min from town, and a car is recommended. The Mega Soriana supermarket is on the way and a great place to stock up the fridge, or you can hire the private chefs too. It was my wedding weekend and such a lovely home to come back to and relax after all the hustle bustle. The most beautiful Airbnb ever!

Wow!!! Villa Sara was AMAZING! Our family of 6 absolutely loved this home and the space. It was a dream house and a dream vacation thanks to how beautiful, clean, well-kept, and spacious the house was. We hired Eddie and Nancy to cook for us and that was the cherry on top to the stunning location and home that honestly felt more like a resort experience than a homestay. We soaked up every single ounce of sun on the private dock and swam all day in the ocean and had plenty of fun on the paddleboards and kayaks! We can not recommend this home and host enough. This was truly the perfect vacation and we will absolutely be back because the details were impeccable. Thank you Ronen, Fulvio, and team who made our stay so enjoyable. Nos vemos pronto!

Couldn’t recommend this property enough. The check in process, the host help, the cleaners and the property were everything we wanted and more. Great for a big group and the ocean access was incredible. Notice it is 30 min south of the main town if you are going in to town often it’s just a bit out of the way but taxis are easy to navigate!

We will definitely be back to Villa Sara! We loved the location and wished we had utilized Sandra’s Kitchen for dinner every evening. Also, Ronen’s recommendation for taking the Fjord out with Deluxe Charters was perfect as well. It was an amazing family vacation with our adult children!

Our group had such a wonderful experience at Villa Sara! Service, cleaning and food was outstanding. Highly recommend Sandra’s team for meals everyday! Swimming off the dock was one of our favorite things. What a stunning view of the sunset every night. Also recommend checking out the cabana club for nearby a day trip. Best vacation ever! Impeccable spot. Thank you to everyone who made it so special.
