The Space

This villa was redesigned in 2024 and is situated in Brisas del Marqués, one of Acapulco's most exclusive and secure neighborhoods with 24/7 surveillance. Surrounded by lush vegetation and wildlife, it offers stunning ocean views of Puerto Marqués Bay.

The property blends natural, organic design with open palapa areas and a pool that complements the breathtaking sea views. Elements such as dry palm, wood, roots, and fabrics create a modern bohemian atmosphere that invites relaxation.

The high-rise palapa features ceiling fans, Bluetooth speakers, beautiful ocean vistas, and an infinity pool. It includes a daybed, beanbags, a bar, and a dining table with two multipurpose benches seating eight people. The pool mimics a natural beach, allowing you to sunbathe while enjoying hydrojets and the soothing sound of a waterfall. Indirect lighting on the palapa and terrace transforms the ambiance at sunset and night, creating a cozy environment.

The open, spacious, and well-ventilated kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable cooking or to be served by the cook who prepares delicious meals. The dining room seats ten and offers bright spaces with incredible ocean views, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan for a cool, airy atmosphere.

There are four roomy bedrooms, each decorated with handcrafted details to foster a calming environment. Every bedroom has a balcony, a full bathroom with essential amenities, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, blackout blinds, and German noise- and heat-insulating windows to ensure restful sleep.

A TV room provides the perfect spot to enjoy shows with family or friends. High-speed internet (500 Mbps) is available, making it easy to work or study without interruptions.

Parking is available for up to four cars.

After booking, guests receive detailed house information via Airbnb, including tips and recommendations.

Housekeeping hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The housekeeper does not stay overnight. If extended hours are needed, arrangements should be made directly with her.

Cook or chef services can be arranged by contacting the provided professionals to agree on schedules, menus, and daily rates.

Bringing beach towels is recommended.
