The grounds are lovely and the apartment is great, especially the balcony where we spent most of our time. The washer was also very convenient to have.

Susanna's property is perfect and we will be returning next year. Joannie, the property manager, could not have been better. She was there (with Betty her dog) to greet us at check-in and hugged us good bye at check out. The pool is beautiful and peaceful and was the perfect transition from beach to getting ready for dinner. Also perfect place to read a book. Thank you Susanna and Joannie for making our experience the best we have had in Samara (5th visit)

This was our second year at this apartment. We stayed a month both times and were very comfortable. Susanna And Joannie were very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed worked fine. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook a lot of meals. The bbq for our private use was also nice to have.

An oasis in the middle of the hubbub of the town. We loved the courtyard and patio!

Great location. stayed a month and was very comfortable. cooked a lot of meals. The kitchen was well equiped with a great propane BBQ outside. Be prepared for a bit of noise because you are near the busiest intersection in Samara. But the noise is not constant and dies down in the evening. The pool is small but refreshing after the ocean and is kept clean. Kate was a wonderful host, friendly and responsive.

Casa Amarilla was a wonderful place to spend our time in Sámara. The kitchen had everything we needed, the interior design was fantastic, the huge patio was wonderful. Noise-wise, it was about the same as every other place I stayed in CR, so no problem sleeping. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC kept the inside very comfortable.

Very spacious place, great kitchen, comfortable bed. Sooo loud. The place is beside the main road at the bottom of a hill. Trucks down shift from 5:30am. We did not get use to it over our 12 day stay. We used earplugs and that did make sleeping possible.

This was an outstanding place to stay. Everything about it was nearly perfect. Anything you want is very close by. The town of Samara is fairly small and you can walk through the whole town from this Airbnb. We dealt with Kate mostly, and she was very good with all her communication, friendliness, and clear direction. Even places to book things like day excursions, to go paddle boarding, snorkeling, zip lining, forest tours, turtle watches, or whatever are very close by. Roots, Bakery, and Café is just around the corner, about to minute walk from the door of the Airbnb. They open at 7 AM and they have everything you need, including the best coffee in town, our personal opinion. The only downfall of this location is that it’s on the corner of a highway junction coming down a hill. So you will get the sounds of vehicles, downshifting or speeding up as they round the corner and come up or down the hill. At first I thought it was a bit to much but we got used to it. Love this place❗️

This apartment was a perfect headquarters for our Sámara stay. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed doing yoga on the patio and reading in bed with the beautiful views out the window. We loved looking for the iguanas we started to notice on the roof! Because of the location, there can be loud traffic at night.
