The accommodation is very well located, but the way to get to the beach may seem a bit dark when you take it in the evening. Nothing happened, but the women in our group wouldn't have taken it in the dark if she had been alone. Host quickly responds to questions.

Anona was a lovely place with a great location close to the beach. Our only improvement feedback is that the pool was not clean and ready for use. There was significant algae growing in it. They were working on it while we were there so I think we just caught it at an unfortunate time.

Great location, close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. Also close to coco beach which is more touristy and bustling, but Hermosa beach is more relaxed and private which is a lot nicer. We received a lot of great recommendations and found our favorite restaurant of our trip, casita de mariscos. A lot of cute cats around too :) and a nice pool to relax around and drink beer and eat some fruits

I had a lovely stay at Anona as my son did his scuba certification at a local dive shop, Rich Coast. We found it peaceful and comfortable, and we would have been happy to stay longer. I think we would have been okay without a car if we'd not been going to Playas Coco for the diving; it is very close to Hermosa beach and a grocery store, and all the tour operators will make arrangements to pick you up nearby.

Anona was very responsive to our requests. The house was very clean and comfortable. Because we only stayed one night we did not cook there. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed our morning coffee hanging out at the pool.  We would certainly stay again.

Check-in was flexible, the comfort of the place 10/10, the kitchen well equipped and the pool is very nice and with excellent atmosphere

The place is very nice, even bigger than I thought in photos, the instructions were super good.. we had an inconvenience with the car and they helped us fix it even with extra time to be able to leave the accommodation. It was good for us since we had a car. It was about 20 min to grocery stores and restaurants. Beach was close, lots of nature.  Cats were very friendly.

We stayed one night at Sean's place last minute. The apartment was exactly what we needed and up to our expectations. Very clean and cozy, very convenient. Sean was kind, flexible and responsive, I recommend it!

We had a great stay. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and about 15 minute drive to Coco. It was the perfect little getaway spot for our little family. We plan to stay here again!!!

Good place if your looking for a last minute stay or a stay during dry season.  responsive and accommodating host.  very close to the beach, although personally we didn't like playa hermosa. a little too secluded, lots of wildlife nearby, to include over friendly cats, loud geckos and howler monkeys. the stay is very basic, in the middle of a neighbourhood, but if you want to be near the beach is a very close walk.

We had a great stay!  Very comfy beds.  Enjoyed the pool, outdoor dining area and easy walk to the beach.  There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space and everything we needed.  Also the hosts were easy to communicate with regarding arrival time and entry, and graciously gave us a late check-out. Much appreciated!

This is located in one of the three main Streets of Playa Hermosa. Dead end street but you can walk to the beach. Small parking lot. From here you can visit lots of beautifull Beaches, bring your own stuff and have a great time.

I do recommend this host and location.  Sean and Caitlin were quick to respond to my messages.  The unit is nice for a quick stay at the beach.  There are shelves and a hanging rod in each room so we did not live out of our suitcase.  It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, I timed it.  Gated off-street parking is nice.  The pool was a nice addition that we used on our last night instead of the beach.

For the money, a good clean basic place to stay a short walk to the beach.

Sean was an incredible host. He went out of his way to help us in terms of check-in, then at check out my daughter left her wallet. He was extremely commucative in helping us figure out how to get it back and spent an absobent amout of time in making it happen. I appreciate his honesty! The place is a 5 minute walk from the very quiet Playa Hermosa beach, which was a perfect way to relax. Playa Hermosa is my favorite beach in Costa Rica for being peaceful and quiet. This place fits right in.

We enjoyed our short stay. We came from La Leona waterfall, and were checked in and at the beach really fast! Can't wait to get back for a longer visit!

The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms have good space. The parking lot is inside, a little carved if you have a very large vehicle. The pool is very nice.  There are no oceanfront restaurants, so I recommend cooking in the apartment.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y equipado. Los cuartos tienen buen espacio. El parqueo es adentro, un poco tallado si andas vehiculo muy grande. La piscina es muy agradable.  No hay restaurantes frente al mar, por lo que recomiendo cocinar en el apartamento.

The place has an excellent location in relation to the beach, however the place in general is dirty and neglected. The pool also doesn't invite you to get in, it looks very dirty and the pool area where a BBQ could be made is with the abandoned look.  Inside the apartment deserves deep cleaning and touching up a lot of detail.  I highlight the agile and friendly communication, however it is not enough to balance the price-quality ratio.

Dentro del apartamento merece una limpieza profunda y retocar muchos detalles.  Destaco la comunicación ágil y amable, sin embargo no alcanza para equilibrar la relación precio - calidad.

The space is large enough to host a family or group of friends. The mattress in our room was comfortable. The air conditioning (which was necessary) was a noise that made it difficult to sleep. The motor of the swimming pool adjacent to the accommodation was also making a noise. The property is very close to Hermosa beach (very beautiful and clean) which makes the accommodation interesting. The pool is interesting if you have kids. The environment of the accommodation is quiet and quiet. Friendly and friendly property. Respond quickly to our emails.

Le logement est grand assez pour accueillir une famille ou un groupe d’amis. Le matelas de notre chambre était confortable. We had a great stay. The beach is a 5 min walk away. The pool was a great place to hang out on days when we weren't doing a tour. The grocery is a bit of a walk but doable. Caitlin was helpful with recommendations and always responded to messages. The accommodations are basic but everything was in working order and it is affordable.  We ate at some great restaurants on the beach. It is a nice quiet area.

This is a nice, affordable stay within walking distance to Playa Hermosa, which is a fabulous beach. The parking is a tight squeeze but offers protection for your vehicle which is a huge bonus. the house is simple, roomy, and has adequate items for a short or long term stay. We were delighted to wake up to monkeys crossing over the pool area. There are several 4-legged friends on the property, cats and a dog so just be aware.

The apartment was large, very clean, comfortable, quiet, private, and close to the beach and good places to eat.  The apartment has lots of dishes, and utensils for cooking.  It also has a full sized refrig, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a locked gate so we felt safe with our car and belongings. The host/hostess is very friendly and is happy to answer any questions.

Really nice place. There are 4 separate appartements that share the outdoor area and pool. The 3 rooms are of good dimensions. Location is great and truly a five minute walk to the beach.

We enjoyed the place very much!  The location was very close to the beach. The common areas were a highlight for us because we could enjoy the pool and talk with other residents.
