Nice pool and overall beautiful looking place. Near a couple restaurants and pharmacy. You can hear many of the animals and critters around. Overall a nice place but pricing a little high for reasons stated below. It’s 10-15 mins into town. Beach wasn’t as close as I thought . If you can find the small entrance it’s about a 10 min walk. Some things a little outdated and needed fixing for the price. One shower didn’t have hot water, toilets were finicky and screen only windows were coming off. There were two areas that had roof leaks. There is no A/C in the main living, kitchen and bathrooms. Just in the sleeping rooms. However due to bugs and weather you couldn’t open windows because there are no screens . A couple areas only had screens. A little different than expected. Intimidated to have food there and cook with how quickly ants and bugs come in. Not sure this is typical for all places. Would have been beneficial to have washer and dryer for the size and price

Casa con buenas amenidades y bien ubicada (cerca de playas) el único tema con la ubicación es que se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle.

This is try an amazing place in the middle of the jungle and a minute walk to the beach, simy lovely!!

Casa Zen es de mis lugares favoritos de esa zona. Si nos pareció que la casa está un poco deteriorada. Hubo cuatro goteras que mi mamá casi se fractura al caerse por resbalarse. Mi esposa se cayó cuando una silla se rompió por vieja. Los aires acondicionados fallaron un poco. El lugar es bastante costoso para tener ese tipo de inconvenientes. Aunque si debo decir que se reportaron y al día siguiente llegaron a arreglarlos, pero si me parece que la relación precio-calidad no fue la óptima esta ocasión

The house is very nice and as in the pictures. Kids (13 and 16) enjoyed the pool very much! The restaurants across the street are awesome and even made Pinacoladas in our glasses and prepared the dinner on our plates so we have been able to enjoy it on the beautiful terrace :-) Thanks to Paola and Emma!
