Great place!

This place is really lovely. It has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, a very well stocked kitchen and air conditioning. Access to the beach is unparalleled, it is less than a 2 minute walk. The house is a bit far from town but we had a golf cart which was really helpful to be able to bounce around and explore.

We had a wonderful stay at Greenhouse 2. This was our first trip to Costa Rica, and the staff at Alba Properties made the entire experience effortless. They helped arrange our airport transportation, golf cart and surfboard rentals, and even an ATV excursion, which made planning the trip incredibly easy. The house was beautiful—exactly as pictured. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and several great restaurants were just a short golf cart ride away. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We would absolutely return. Pura Vida! 🌴🌊

Property management was excellent. Clear, concise messages with picture/videos to back up their written instructions. Jeffrie was so nice and helpful. Responded almost instantly too. I would 100% recommend staying at this location or any property managed by alba. The house was perfectly clean upon arrival, and the house was very well maintained. Also it was perfectly located steps away from playa guiones. I loved my stay and will certainly be coming back.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in Nosara. Der Empfang war super herzlich und das Haus war super schön eingerichtet, sauber und man fühlt sich, als wäre man mitten im Dschungel. Jeden Morgen kletterten die Affen ganz nah an der Dachterasse vorbei. Die Nähe zum Strand war großartig zum surfen

Thank you for our magical week! To know Nosara is to know this is a special location and home. The rooms are all separate entrance from the outside which is rad for friends and maybe with a small family you may need more gathering spaces. But being so close to the beach and with heavenly bedding and Alba you were above and beyond in your concierge support for us. I rarely ask anyone to do anything on our trips but given the timing it made sense and everything was so smooth, every person from surf shop to buggy to our driver and house keeper were magical humans and coordinated flawlessly. We can't wait to come back. Grateful!!

This is the perfect property for surfers, beach lovers, families with older kids (late teens+), and friends traveling together. Guiones beach is about a 3 minute walk from the house and little shops & restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk. There is a surf & ATV rental place right across from the house, which we highly recommend. The pics of the house are pretty accurate, and while it took a bit to get use to the layout, the individual locks on the doors, & the security system, we settled in ok. The property managers, Jeffry & Sophia, were amazing! Always super friendly & helpful. The house is in a pretty safe area, but they include many added security features, including a house alarm and security guard that stays out front from 6pm - 5am. The house layout is hard to explain. It brings the outdoors into your living space & is a separate, keypad locking, room (which is why I don't recommend it for younger kids). Each room had a pvt bathroom w/ lots of supplies. Overall, great place!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at greenhouse 2! The host was extremely helpful in planning many things during our stay. The location was amazing and so close to the beach.

This was a great Airbnb. Probably one of the best I have stayed in. First, you are steps from the beach and you can walk over any time you like which our kids loved. The place was spotless and we had a maid come midway through our stay which was really nice. Sofia with Alba properties was amazing. She answered our questions and messages so quickly anytime we needed something! Overall a wonderful stay!
