Villa Coco Bolo has adopted all health protocols mandated by the Costa Rican government to ensure your stay is as safe as possible.
Located just about 150 meters (yards) from the beach, this exceptional vacation home is set in a beautiful tropical environment. A well-preserved Guanacaste tree enhances the natural charm of the grounds. Surrounding the villa are lush tropical gardens that lead to a cascading split-level pool and lounging area—ideal for a refreshing swim or relaxing under Costa Rica’s abundant sunshine.
This two-bedroom, two-bath villa is part of The Breeze, Tamarindo's premier modern luxury retreat. The property includes five villas: Cortes, Coco Bolo, Ron Ron, Almendro, and Joe Guanacaste. Each villa accommodates up to five adults or four adults and two children. Additional guests beyond four are charged $35 per person, per night.
The single-story villas feature:
- Two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds
- Private bathrooms for each bedroom
- Sliding glass doors opening onto private patios for each bedroom
- Luxury linens and high-quality mattresses for exceptional comfort
- Bathrooms stocked with premium bath and pool/beach towels
- Fully equipped kitchens including refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and modern dishes, cookware, and silverware
- Covered outdoor patios adjacent to the living rooms for dining while enjoying the serene surroundings

We loved our stay at Jean-Marc's villa. The pool at the villa was a good size and the kids had hours of fun. The villa was a great size and very comfortable for our family of 5. It is a very short walk to a beautiful beach. It was walkable to all the fantastic restaurants, shopping and bars in the area. The staff were so helpful and made our stay!

Staying at Jean Marc's place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. Having a home base that was peaceful, well located and beautiful made a huge difference in the experience we had in Tamarindo. From the moment we arrived, Jean Marc and his manager Dauly, made us feel at home. The villa was extremely clean (great housekeeping staff!) and comfortable and had everything we needed to settle in. (I'm not a fan of air conditioning, but the a/c was great). The grounds are beautiful and lush and well maintained and we enjoyed just sitting out on our patio or taking a dip in the pool. It was easy to walk to the beach and the town since the property is very close to both. Jean Marc and Dauly were on target with recommendations for local spots and yoga that quickly became our favorites. And we were able to take surf lessons from Dauly, who is an amazing teacher. They both went out of their way to make sure that we were having an optimal stay in Tamarindo. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at The Breeze was absolutely incredible—truly a hidden gem! The location couldn’t be better, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all just a short walk away, making it so easy to explore the area. The pool was perfect and the water was always so refreshing—an ideal spot to relax and cool off after a day out. The host was fantastic—very welcoming and thoughtful. We really appreciated how he checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect. The daily housekeeping service was another wonderful touch that made our stay feel relaxing and luxurious. Overall, this place felt like a true oasis. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Jean-Marc est un hôte hors pair. Bel emplacement (oasis au milieu de la ville) quoique plus bruyant les vendredis et samedis soirs car la villa est près de tout y compris les bars. Les gens qui travaillent sur place (ménage, entretien du jardin, manager) sont tous charmants. Au plaisir d’y retourner!

The Breeze is a wonderful place! Location is very convenient to everything. Easy walk to beach, shops and many restaurants. The pool was clean and refreshing, with beautiful wildlife in trees. Everything was very clean, we had a great time!

One of the best Airbnb stays we have had. The villa was perfect, very comfortable (two adults and two children) and clean, close to the beach and walkable to great restaurants and stores. Even with families staying in the other villas it was quiet and peaceful. Jean Marc, Luca, and other staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time in Tamarindo and will stay here again when we return!

jean marc, and his entire team were so helpful and friendly. i was not expecting daily housekeeping, and that was a great surprise! the grounds were very well kept, and the pool was always cleaned several times a day! the location is walkable, but still private and feels very safe with kids. i would recommend
