Flore & Vanessa were extremely helpful, proactive and overall patient with our group. We did our best to leave the home in the same condition as we left because the home was immaculate.. Would love to visit again in future with my adult children.. The space was good for my group of 7 ladies.. They made everything seem less..

We loved our stay. Vanessa was easy to contact, and scheduled all of our adventures. The house was amazing for 2 families with kids. The access to beach club provided lots to do, with other wonderful places within driving distance. Felt very safe, the hacienda panilla area is very neat. Would recommend x1000

Our family of 10, ages ranging from 7years old to 81years old, had the BEST time ever. Vanessa and Flore were amazing! They were so gracious and helpful arranging all our transportation, booking our tours, and even arranging for groceries to be available in the house since we were arriving late.They even had a welcome bottle of champagne waiting for us. They were so responsive to our texts the entire time we were there. The house and grounds were lovely, comfortable and spacious enough for our family to all be together but also designed with cozy places where individuals could just chill, read a book, listen to the waterfall spilling out of the jacuzzi. The house is located in a very secure gated community with access to a Beach Club nearby with its own pool, open-air restaurant and private beach. Beautiful place in a beautiful country. We’ll be back.

This was perfect for our family and had plenty of space! We could have spent the entire week in the resort area and been completely satisfied! We ventured out to a few different places at the recommendation of hosts and were never disappointed. Such a beautiful experience!

Our stay was amazing! The service was always warm and friendly, and communication was super fast. The house was perfect, spacious, comfortable, spotless, and equipped with every amenity you could think of (and even more!). They even left some kitchen essentials like salt, sugar, coffee, oil, and plenty of others, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were large and very clean, and I especially loved the outdoor shower in the main suites; it felt like a special bonus, and I used it almost daily. The outdoor area was beautiful, with plenty of spaces to relax and hang out, so it never felt crowded. The jacuzzi was fantastic, and the rest of the family enjoyed all the other spaces so much that we didn’t even have time to try everything ( like the fire pit). We would definitely love to come back!

This was the perfect vacation retreat for our two families of four. The house is spacious, clean and cool. The outdoor space is great for everything from grilling and eating meals on the patio, to swimming and playing in the pool, and relaxing in the hammocks. Vanessa and her team were so supportive and helpful from the time of our booking through our check out. Their concierge service made our trip so easy and seamless. They helped us book shuttles to the airport, rent a van, and plan excursions. With the beaches nearby, the Marriott restaurants, Tamarindo, and local restaurants and beach clubs, we had a great experience all around. Lots of great food, swimming, beautiful scenery and amazing sunsets. We visited during the rainy season, but it was manageable. We highly recommend Vanessa’s listings!

Vanessa and Flore were very helpful leading up to our stay and during our stay. We had a great trip to Costa Rica and would recommend the house to anyone looking for a great family vacation!

We stayed at Vanessa & Flore's home in Hacienda Pinilla and absolutely loved it! The house is spacious, fully stocked, all on one level, with four comfortable bedrooms and a beautiful layout. The pool is great, and the yard is perfectly maintained - immaculate and peaceful. The location is very private and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Being able to enjoy the beach club is an added bonus. We spent a few days there both enjoying the beach, and their amenities. Everything about the stay was smooth, and both hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. Highly commended!

Great house. Great pool and living room area. Plenty of beds for everyone. Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is also amazing.
