The Space
Casa Tranquilo is a stylish, modern home located in the sought-after Ventanas subdivision, offering panoramic ocean views from the living areas and a private rooftop infinity pool. The rooftop pool overlooks the ocean and the iconic Cabo Arch. Enjoy relaxing by the pool, gathering around the rooftop fire pit, or grilling in the rooftop seating area.
The ground floor features a private jacuzzi just outside one of the downstairs bedrooms. The home has recently been upgraded with fiber optic internet, providing consistent download speeds over 100 Mbps and upload speeds exceeding 40 Mbps, ideal for Zoom meetings and VOIP calls.
Inside, the living room includes a large TV with Netflix and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. Dining options include a table seating six and a breakfast bar for four. Outdoor patio seating is accessible from the living room. A washer and dryer are also available.
The home has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms:
- Large master suite on the main level (upstairs) with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and tiled bathroom
- Bedroom one (downstairs) with a California king bed and en suite bathroom
- Bedroom two (downstairs) with two California king beds and en suite bathroom
Linens and towels are provided.
Location and Community
Casa Tranquilo is situated within a private gated community offering resort-style amenities such as a community pool, gym, deli, and playground. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 6 am, requiring noise to be kept at a conversational level during these times.
Guests will receive a gym card for access. Please note:
- There is a $50 USD fee for lost or deactivated gym cards.
- When entering the gym, guests must swipe the card both in and out; failure to do so will deactivate the card.
- Walking out with another group is not permitted.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home except for the garage. They may also use community pools and amenities available to short-term visitors.
Additional Information
- A pack n’ play is available for an additional daily fee. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before check-in via Airbnb messenger, with payment due before arrival.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Security enforces noise restrictions strictly to avoid fines.
- Drone use is prohibited by the homeowners association regulations. Violations may result in HOA fines.

I don’t remember ever saying “That was the best vacation!” All of our questions were answered before we left. Everything we needed while there seemed to be answered in 30 seconds. The service exceeded our expectations! If you want to stay in a beautiful home with amazing views and great amenities, this is your place! The house is great for those wanting to socialize yet features unique spaces for quiet reading or conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the rooftop grill; it worked great. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean, modern and worked perfectly. The inside living area was very comfortable! We lounged and watched movies, 2 of the five nights. The rooftop: Floating in a pool, while having drinks with your family and friends, enjoying a perfect view of the sea - then relaxing around a fire at night . . . We didn’t want to leave! The pictures do not do this place justice. The views from the rooftop are SPECTACULAR! The house is spacious and has plenty of room to spread out. We loved everything about it, from the location to the amenities; it was beyond perfect! We watched both the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop pool and spent most of our time there. At night, we relaxed in the hot tub, and it was a perfect end to each day. We loved that Uber Eats delivered food and groceries to the home, so we saved money by not having to rent a car. When we wanted to go to the Marina, we also used Uber with zero issues. We also used the round-trip airport transportation the host recommended; they were courteous and on time. The hosts were always very responsive when we had questions and answered us within a few minutes. That was greatly appreciated!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again when we are in Cabo. Highly recommend!

This home is amazing; beautifully decorated with every amenity you could imagine. It is exactly as advertised and more. The view is incredible! The gated community is beautiful and made us feel very secure. The Hosts were super responsive and always available. Would stay here again for sure!

We spent 9 nights here in january of 26, most places look better in pictures than in real life, this isnt one of them places. The view from the infinity pool was exactly like pictured and one of the best parts of our trip. Communication with team was great, we had a pool heater issue one day and they were quick to respond and got it fixed quickly. Beds are comfy, kitchen has a few basics spices and is well stocked with utensils. Would stay here again

My family had a great time here, the view from the 3rd floor was absolutely beautiful and serene with the infinity pool. We loved how there was plenty of same and we were able to lounge between the 3 floors. The host was able to provide us with roundtrip transportation and plenty of recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great break and loved the private jacuzzi and roof top infinity pool. Wonderful to sip a margarita (in a plastic cup) from the pool area watching the sun go down. We also swam in the main pool, which we had mostly to ourselves. The house is well stocked, tasteful and comfortable. The area was very safe and felt no issues driving ourselves around. The management team responded really quickly to any requests or questions. Having visited the resorts areas, we are glad we stayed slightly out of the center as we were constantly bothered by touts at the beach and around the marina, which we didn’t get at the property. If an Uber was needed so we could enjoy some drinks in town, it was only around $10 each way, and came to the gate in a few minutes. We suggest NOT using the owner`s driver referral as they quoted $120 v $20 for Uber. There is quite a lot of development going on in the area but we were not disturbed by it as the estate is very private with a gate manned 24/7.
