Villa B4 is part of a private sub-community of nine villas situated around a large sapphire pool. Completed in 2023, this 1,854 square foot villa boasts professional design and high-end furnishings. Location

Playa Avellanas is celebrated for its expansive white sand beaches and excellent surf breaks. There are eight surf breaks along its shore, accommodating all skill levels, with swells from both hemispheres.
