Nuestra estadía en la casa fue excelente. El lugar estaba muy limpio, ordenado y bien equipado, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera cómoda desde el primer momento. La ubicación resultó práctica y tranquila, ideal para descansar y disfrutar del entorno. El anfitrión fue atento y comunicativo, siempre disponible para cualquier consulta, lo que nos dio mucha confianza.En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable y sin inconvenientes. Definitivamente vamos a volver. Muchas gracias el lugar fue más de lo que esperábamos.

Casa Quetzal es maravillosa, nos encantó cada espacio de la casa, es muy amplia, tiene mucha privacidad, y se respira tranquilidad por todos lados. Las fotografías no le hacen justicia ya que es más bonita físicamente, no duden en reservar su estadía en esta casa, muchas gracias por todas las atenciones, nos encantó el detalle de la cesta con fruta que nos dejaron, no decimos adiós si no hasta pronto por qué sin duda alguna regresaremos. Pura vida !

Host, Julio, and Co-host, Viviana, were extremely responsive and kind. They answered all my questions and concerns and recommended much more thereafter for the surrounding areas such as restaurants and activities. Taxi service entering the secured gated community was very easy as well in which the taxis arrived within 5 mins or less upon request with the number provided by host/co-host. The one thing I will be aware of is that it is not quite walkable and the hills to the Airbnb were a bit steep. Requesting a car to this home and leaving the home is best. I would absolutely recommend staying in this beautiful and spacious home or any other property under Julio and Viviana!

En general, nuestra estancia fue bastante satisfactorio. Las tres casas que corresponden a casa quetzal estaban perfectamente acomodadas y limpias. Por las noches puedes escuchar los animales como monos y aves, y el equipo nos recibió de muy buena forma, fueron muy amables y atentos. La cocina está muy bien equipada y el área de lavado igual. La única observación que tengo es que algunas rocas de la piscina están sueltas y pueden lastimar también el aire acondicionado de la habitación Principal tira agua

It was a beautiful stay. We stayed for 3 nights, 2 days. There’s a ton of restaurants and things to do in the area. I give the place a 4 out of 5 because although responsive and willing to help, there was a broken shower knob which he did notify us about, and told us what to do. However, even pushing it in as instructed, we weren’t able to use that bathroom because it only had cold water. In addition, there was a broken window which let mosquitoes in and the A/C leaked water over our stuff because the hose was not working properly. Overall, they were extremely responsive and eager to fix any concerns or issues, so I would recommend the stay.

What an amazing stay at Casa quetzal! Loved staying where we could see and hear wildlife! Monkeys visited a couple times and toucans came by every morning and evening! The house was an absolute gem. Extremely comfortable beds, very spacious home, excellent kitchen with all we needed to cook nightly. Loved how we could open the windows and doors and hang out by the pool. Extra linens and towels were helpful, there was even a yoga mat which I used every morning! Location was also perfect, close to shopping and food stores, and only a 15 minute ride to Manuel Antonio National Park! Our host was so helpful, responsive and friendly! Always answered quickly for any of our needs. Truly you will not be disappointed staying here! Definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Julio and Viviana were gracious hosts who made sure we had what we needed. The neighborhood is gated so there isn’t a lot of traffic and the surroundings are beautiful with jungle sounds to lull you to sleep. The beds were very comfortable too!
