The Space
Casa Lilliana is a beautifully renovated five-bedroom home located in Flamingo’s North Ridge, accommodating up to 10 guests. Recently, a new studio apartment with a bedroom and ensuite bathroom was added. When rented together with the guesthouse, the property comfortably sleeps 12 guests.
Guesthouse Apartment
The upstairs guesthouse features a bright, minimalist design with white walls, hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, and large windows that welcome natural light. It includes:
- A king-sized bed overlooking a glass-paneled door leading to a balcony with stunning ocean views
- A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A kitchenette equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop, sink, microwave, blender, and coffee maker
From the studio’s rooftop, guests can relax on a shaded deck offering spectacular views of Playa Flamingo. This terrace is furnished with beanbag chairs, a wet bar, and bohemian-style decor, including a tile feature wall and rattan lighting. All Casa Lilliana guests may access this deck, regardless of booking the guest suite.
Main House and Outdoor Space
The main house includes:
- Five bedrooms, each furnished with king or queen beds
- A stylish living room
- A spacious chef’s kitchen with a dining table, breakfast bar, and high-end stainless steel appliances
The outdoor area shared by the main house and guesthouse offers:
- A private swimming pool with a waterslide

Pet-Friendly Policy
Pets are welcome at Casa Lilliana with the following conditions:
- Each pet must be approved based on breed and size (maximum 35 pounds) and accompanied by a recent photo before booking.
- A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay applies, plus an additional cleaning fee of $50 plus 13% tax per pet.
- Up to two pets are allowed per reservation.
- Pets must be leashed in all public areas on the property.
- Verification of pets is required at least 24 hours before check-in; unverified pets will not be permitted entry.
- Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any damages.
- Pets should not be left unattended on the premises.

Additional Information
Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome basket containing essentials like coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil, and more. A bottle of Salsa Lizano, a traditional Costa Rican sauce, is also included to add local flavor to your meals.

Overall, we had a great stay. Check-in was smooth, the team was responsive, and the location was convenient. The home worked well for our large family vacation, with restaurants and shops nearby. Note: it’s not on the beach (listed in the description). The studio view was stunning, and the water slide was a big hit. If you don’t have a car, the walk to the beach includes a very steep hill. The kitchen is well equipped. A few improvements: there was no washer; we weren’t told in advance and had to ask; the pool area had limited lounge seating; and there were no instructions for the pool, hot tub, or fire pit. The TV reception was poor, and technicians arrived without notice. One bedroom lacks a shower. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it with better communication.

Awesome place. We are a family of 12 and had plenty of room for everyone to come together in the common spaces, yet each couple have privacy in their own room with private bathroom. The house and pool was clean and well-maintained. Thank you for providing us such a great property to enjoy our time in Costa Rica.

Casa Liliana is a truly magical place. Somehow it was even prettier in person than the online photos. We had a party of 9 and plenty of space with the studio. Even if you don’t need the studio, get it anyways for the rooftop and the views! The house is quirky - light switches don’t work, the beds are hard, the doors all have huge gaps around the perimeter, the shower pressure is non existent…but somehow none of it matters b/c it’s so peaceful and beautiful! The pool was great and the kids loved the slide! The slide also somehow magically pushed all the yard debris into the filter and cleaned it out in no time. The outdoor table, swings, chairs, grill, bathroom, even the towel hooks - all very well thought out. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you may need - we cooked 3/5 dinners. Loved the Amigos taco place down the street and Hibiscus for breakfast. The local Massai grocery was great for little things you may need. It’s all walkable, but would recommend a golf cart. Loved it!

Overall great location and house with lots of near beaches. The place could use a little maintenance since our dishwasher was broken. Very unique swimming pool and slide inside the house was a great plus and we did notice that the grill was extremely well maintained

that was a beautiful house. concierge was very responsive. anytime I need was conversated. they responded right back. The views from the house was absolutely stunning. the house itself was gorgeous, relaxing and very peaceful. It was a good getaway

Wow! Absolutely perfect place. The concierge was amazing, he helped us arrange a perfect vacation. The house was very comfortable and absolutely perfect for group of 11. At least once a day someone in our group commented on how perfect the house was. Hope to go back! Playa Flamingo is also a beautiful beach. Can’t imagine coming back and not staying here.

I booked Casa Lilliana for five days and it was an incredible stay. Beautiful home, very spacious, pool with a slide was so much fun, as was all of the outdoors area. It was just right for our large group. The staff was very attentive and very helpful during check out and check in. I highly recommend this place! We will be sure to use them again next time we are in Costa Rica! Thank you!

as beautiful as the pictures- a great group stay for 12. Casa Lilliana had everything we wanted- various outdoor areas, pool, slide, large tables and kitchen, ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and great hosts and friendly guards. the location is up a short steep hill from the beach and marina of Playa Flamingo, but is very walkable to the beaches, local restaurants, and the mini grocery store. the views from the private apartment and upper deck are stunning, and the street/corner itself was quiet and secure. All in all, excellent group stay with plenty of indoor outdoor space and easy enough to get to and from! would stay again if we return to Playa Flamingo.
