The Space
This newly renovated penthouse spans 3,000 square feet and is situated on the South Ridge of Flamingo. It offers spacious, open living areas adorned with custom decor and woodwork, complemented by breathtaking views throughout.
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with well-designed cabinetry, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with four leather stools, a wine refrigerator, dishwasher, and front-load washer and dryer. The penthouse features immaculate marble, granite, and hardwood finishes throughout and comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals.
There are three bedrooms in total. The master suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub overlooking stunning ocean views. The guest bedrooms each have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, premium bedding, elegant decor, and ample armoire storage.
The main living area contains a sofa and loveseat, a full regulation-size pool table, and a window wall that folds completely open to welcome refreshing breezes throughout the day. Each room is equipped with split air conditioning units, allowing personalized climate control.
On the main terrace, you will find an outdoor dining table seating eight and ceiling fans that enhance the tropical atmosphere. This terrace is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while watching sailboats pass by and enjoying unparalleled sunsets along Costa Rica’s Gold Coast.
The master bedroom lanai includes two chaise lounge chairs and enough space for yoga or meditation. Both the terrace and lanai have roll-down shades to provide shade and maintain a cool environment during bright or hot afternoons.

This condo definitely has a beautiful view. We got to see the sunset and sunrise. The pool felt private when we went. Gorgeous view from the pool. Brandon was quick to respond to my messages. Allen the property manager was great. He went above and beyond. Unfortunately, there was construction at the time we went. But that was not the hosts fault and he did let me know in advance which I appreciated. Unless you like to hike, there is nothing walkable. Definitely need a 4x4 if you’re driving, to get up the hill. There are small mini markets too nearby. There are a few beaches within 10-15 minutes driving to choose from. Within minutes of Playa Flamingo Marina. Where you can shop or jump on a catamaran for the day. Lots to do.

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon's place. It was like the description and pictures showed. We traveled with 2 adults, a twenty-year old and a 17-year old. We all had lots of space and our own rooms. The kitchen and living room were great and allowed us to hang out and be comfortable. The views are fantastic and we watched sunset and lightening storms from the balcony. Overall, things worked well, especially the A/C (which we needed).

Brandon’s place was exceptionally beautiful. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The pool table got a lot of use! The views from the balcony were stunning. I would argue that these were the best sunset views in the entire town! The front balcony offered sunrise views as well! We spent most of our time on the rear balcony, enjoying those views. It was clean, easy self check in and the property manager Allen was very responsive and helpful in setting up excursions! We wished we could have stayed another week! Condo was beautiful. The views were amazing! We enjoyed them in the morning with our coffee on the lanai and the evening watching the sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The location was excellent with many great beaches and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Great house, great host, clean, and has beautiful views! House is spacious and relaxing. Great beaches and restaurants are close. Hired private Chef Gerson and had a wonderful experience on the night we spent in!

Beautiful views! Make sure to check out Tamarindo which is only 30 miniutes away for night life and in town like 5 minutes form the house, Tiki is the spot for dinner!
