Beautiful new villa with a Jacuzzi in La Fortuna - Cabins for Rent in San Ramon, Provincia de Alajuela, Costa Rica

aking up every morning surrounded by lush nature, birdsong, and incredible scenery made this stay truly unforgettable. It felt like the authentic Costa Rican experience—peaceful, immersive, and connected to nature. The property is about a 20–25 minute drive from La Fortuna. We stayed for five days, and the distance was never an issue for us since we spent most of the day exploring and only returned in the evenings. That said, it's worth considering if you prefer to stay closer to town. I would definitely recommend renting a car. While the property offers private transportation, having your own vehicle gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace. The drive includes some hilly sections and the last part is on a gravel road, but we didn't find it difficult or inconvenient. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet retreat immersed in nature rather than a place in the middle of town, this is an excellent choice. We would gladly stay here again. The hot tub, was definitely a plus!

There were 4 of us, and overall we enjoyed the stay. You can end the evening well, especially in the hot tub on the terrace. The property is located on a hill, which gives you a view of the valley when visibility is good. Unfortunately, the visibility was never good for us, so we could never see the volcano. Overall, good amenities, but too small for longer stays for four people. Unfortunately, there is also no good way to dry things (especially important in the rainy season) and no cozy seating area inside. Overall, a solid place to stay that I would recommend to anyone!

Wir waren 4 Personen und insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Gerade im Whirlpool auf der Terrasse kann man die Abende gut ausklingen lassen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf einem Hügel, wodurch man bei guter Sicht den Blick ins Tal hat. Leider war bei uns die Sicht nie gut, sodass wir nie den Vulkan sehen konnten. Insgesamt eine gute Ausstattung, jedoch für längere Aufenthalte zu viert zu klein. Leider hat man auch keine gute Möglichkeit Sachen zu trocknen (gerade in der Regenzeit wichtig) und innen keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit. Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft, die ich jedem weiterempfehlen würde!

This place is amazing. It’s beautiful and the jacuzzi is a great addition! We felt roght at home :) It was snear everywhere and the view was beautiful! Very recommended

Ari was very sweet. she answered all my questions and was very responsive even though she just had a baby a couple months ago. the place was very clean and everything smelt clean as well. the view was spectacular inside and outside. overall, such a cozy place to stay

Ari’s place is absolutely magical. I checked in on my birthday and immediately felt a sense of serenity upon arriving. The home is thoughtfully decorated and the outdoor area transports you to your own enchanted rainforest jungle. Waking up with sun to the sounds of nature each day was surreal. Daily soaks in the hot tub and walking barefoot in the garden area, which features an adorable swing set was just what I needed for grounding. Ari was very responsive and kind during my stay. She even left me a box of delicious chocolates for my birthday ☺️ Her car service was greatly appreciated as the place is a bit off the beaten path, which is exactly what I was looking for - quiet, private, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. Ari’s neighbor Bob is also wonderful. He offers a few tours on his property that are super cool. He popped up ahead of my night animal tour to show me a sloth in the tree and other cool animals in his backyard. I would 100% stay here again!

Great place to stay if exploring La Fortuna and the beautiful surroundings

Ari's stay is beautiful. We woke up every morning to so many beautiful birds, friendly dogs, and stunning views. It is outside of La Fortuna by about 20 minutes, so it was very private and relaxing-exactly what we wanted!

The place was wonderful. The hot tub was great. Stunning views. Not too close to La fortuna but the taxi service provided makes it convenient. Perfect for a getaway, quiet and peaceful.

We stayed at Ari's place for three days, and we really had a great time with her. There were four of us, which was sometimes very tight with luggage, but it was totally sufficient. The hot tub was a big highlight for us! The location is a bit tricky, but if you have a car, it's feasible and not a problem. The house is partly a bit outdated (the toilet flush had to be used very often, the bathroom door does not close properly, various signs of wear on the stove, etc.), but this did not bother us much. Nevertheless, you should know that as a group. Ari was really one of the best hosts and took care of everything immediately if there were any questions or problems. An electrician they arranged even came spontaneously at night because the hot tub had stopped working. Perfect! Your restaurant recommendations were also really great. We would stay again!

Wir waren für drei Tage bei Ari in der Unterkunft und wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit bei ihr. Wir waren zu viert, was mit Gepäck teilweise doch sehr eng war, es hat aber voll ausgereicht. Der Whirlpool war für uns ein großes Highlight! Die Lage ist etwas knifflig, wenn man ein Auto hat jedoch machbar und kein Problem. Das Haus ist teilweise ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (Toilettenspülung musste sehr oft betätigt werden, Tür am Bad schließt nicht richtig, diverse Gebrauchsspuren am Herd etc.), was uns jedoch nicht groß gestört hat. Dennoch sollte man das als Gruppe wissen. Ari war wirklich eine der tollsten Gastgeberinnen und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert, wenn es Fragen gab oder Probleme. Es kam sogar in der Nacht noch spontan ein durch sie organisierter Elektriker, da der Whirlpool ausgefallen war. Einwandfrei! Ihre Restaurant Empfehlungen waren ebenfalls wirklich toll. Wir würden wieder kommen !u

10/10 would definitely go again. Ari is really nice and friendly, she responds very quickly and was very helpful. She waited us there for check in and showed us around the cottage and explained everything perfectly. The cottage was a bit far from the town (20min drive away from la fortuna town) but that provided us with beautiful natural views and quiet night. We loved the hot tub, it’s surrounded by greens, you can hear the sound of nature while chill in the massage tub. The cottage has tv, stove, microwave and coffee machine. Highly recommended.

This place was on top of a mountain and absolutely stunning. The views on the back deck were great !

This place was very beautiful and clean. Ari is a great host, very responsive. We appreciated that she came and met us on the first day and showed us around. This place is about 30mins away from restaurants and main strip but we really liked that since it was private and peaceful. The hot tub was also a great amenity to have. Overall, we had an awesome time at this place and would love to return.

And guys, just to clarify, we are located 12 kilometers from La Fortuna, and only 4 kilometers from Calle Principal, which means it takes no more than 20 minutes by car to get to downtown La Fortuna. We have restaurants and all kinds of services just 4 kilometers from our accommodation, which takes no more than 8 minutes.

This home is very well designed and maintained and boasts extremely beautiful views from inside the home. Ari was super helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth.

Ari’s place was magical. She was there to greet us and gave us a little tour of the place and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed everything about the A-Frame. The open shower is amazing. The sunrises are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub at night looking up at the stars. Great place to see birds of all kinds. We were greeted with two dogs daily that came around, very loving. We would definitely stay here again. Pura Vida!

We loved staying in this cabin for the first two nights of our honeymoon. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the view from the hot tub and were able to relax. I think the dog next door thought we weren’t suppose to be there because it barked anytime we were out on the patio. Kept the other critters away though! Overall we were sad to leave and would definitely stay there again!

Ari was a wonderful host - very kind and helpful when we arrived. The space is set in the mountains about a 20 min drive outside of La Fortuna. The drive can be a little dicey at night - very narrow roads/no shoulder - so take caution. The Airbnb feels like a little oasis, and has the most beautiful sunrises in the morning. We enjoyed our coffee in the hottub as the world around us was waking up. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay just outside of a busy town, this gives you what you're looking for!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here, there is so much nature to see surrounding the property. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, visiting local attractions and Ari is a fantastic host.

My family had a wonderful stay at Ari's Cabina.  It was perfect for a family of 3.  It's unique and cozy with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view.  TA modern space with personal rustic charm.  The cabina is a 25 minute drive to La Fortuna which was great for us - it allowed us to take part in bustle of La Fortuna and retire to a quiet night in the jacuzzi.  I would recommend a vehicle with high clearance and 4 wheel drive (applies to all of Costa Rica) as it's a steep and rugged drive up the hill to Ari's place.  If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as the roosters are up before the crack of dawn.

We were very pleased with our little house on the mountain. Everything was as advertised. From the hot tub, you have a great view of the valley. We had a rental car, which allowed us to get around flexibly. I would also recommend it, as the cottage is located a bit out of the way on a mountain. We would come back anytime. 😊

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Häuschen auf dem Berg. Alles war wie angekündigt. Vom Whirlpool aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Tal. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, mit dem wir uns flexibel bewegen konnten. Den würde ich auch empfehlen, da dass Häuschen etwas außerhalb auf einem Berg liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😊

Ari is really nice! The house is tremendous and there is a very delicious restaurant nearby which can deliver food to the house.

Everything was very nice; we were warmly welcomed, and everything was shown to us. The hot tub was our personal highlight. Self-catering was easily manageable for the four of us, but we would have liked a little more tableware (deep plates, salad bowl, additional kitchen knives). Nevertheless, everything essential was taken care of; we felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation! The area is really very nice and a bit more secluded than La Fortuna, which we liked very much.

War alles sehr schön, wir wurden nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Der Whirlpool war unser persönliches Highlight. Die Selbstversorgung war für uns vier gut möglich, allerdings hätten wir uns etwas mehr Geschirrausstattung gewünscht (Tiefe Teller, Salatschüssel, weitere Küchenmesser). Dennoch war grundsätzlich für alles Wichtige gesorgt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen! Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön und etwas abgelegener als La Fortuna, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

We had a fantastic four night stay at Ari’s place! The location is more remote and off the beaten path but exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for. We absolutely loved the two friendly neighbourhood dogs who came to see us daily (black lab and blue heeler looking dogs)! Ari was responsive and very kind, we would definitely stay here again.

Ari hospitality and communication stood out for us! The hot tub, the views in the morning and how peaceful it is compared to the center of Fortuna made the experience so much better. You're able to order food to be delivered to you which saved us from being tired form exploring throughout the day. She even recommended a driver to pick us up from the airport and to drive to us to places. His name is Omel and we consider him a great friend and he get you to places quickly!  We wouldnt know what to do without him to be honest. Thank you Ari!

The distance to La Fortuna and other places was easily reached by car and the drive to accommodation was also fine for Costa Rican conditions. Die Unterkunft hat sowohl am Morgen als auch am Abend mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht geglänzt. Die Abende haben wir wunderbar im Whirlpool ausklingen lassen. Die Entfernung nach La Fortuna und anderen Orten war für uns mit dem Auto gut erreicht und auch die Fahrt zu Unterkunft war für Costa Ricanische Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Die Unterkunft wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einfach und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

we had an amazing stay. the place is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. Ari was very responsive, friendly and even welcomed us herself when we first arrived. There are roosters and cows around that wake you up early which we didn’t mind since we were up anyway but definitely keep that in mind if you are someone that likes to sleep in. definitely would stay here again!

Very beautiful property and the views can’t be beat! Ari was so helpful and responsive. The property was about half an hour away from all the activities in la fortuna but we didn’t mind being away from all the crowds. We loved it here!

Ari was an exceptional host, she responded quickly to our needs and messages. The house was very clean. Very nice view. Minimalist kitchen equipment and very close and noisy neighbors early in the morning (cows and roosters).

Ari's place is highly recommended. The view is indescribably beautiful, especially with a clear view to watch the sunrise or sunset. The communication was also great, there was always a very quick response and even in unexpected situations there was a very quick response. This has to be the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. A stunning lodge and hot tub surrounded in beautiful foliage and breathtaking views of the Costa Rican landscape. This place is perfect! Little slice of heaven in the jungle. We loved having the sun wake us up every morning. There are a lot of roosters and friendly neighborhood pups so definitely embrace the early morning wake ups… you’re in Costa Rica after all! And if you like bird watching, this is the spot! So many birds including two different kinds of toucans literally in the trees next to the house. It was perfect place for my husband and I- cozy and comfortable and we would not hesitate to go back. Ari is also the sweetest host. If it’s available don’t hesitate just book!

We had the pleasure of staying this gorgeous place for the last 2 night of our trip to Costa Rica. We absolutely loved how cosy and peaceful the space was as well as the area its self. Ari was so sweet and helpful and recommended some great food spots. We love Restaurant Ross so much we went 2 nights in a row for dinner. It was exactly like the pictures, we had an amazing stay here. Our host was perfect, very responsive and friendly. The only thing I would say is to let people know that it is way up a non paved road and it's hard to get rides to and from the air bnb.

Beautiful garden, beautiful view. The accommodation is well maintained and a little extra for the jacuzzi on a terrace with a beautiful unobstructed view. We were even able to see toucans. Ari's availability is impeccable, very responsive. However, the accommodation is not quite right for 4 people, especially in terms of living/lunch space. The privacy of the upstairs bedroom is average. And the barking dogs woke us up every night. We have a good memory of this well-located and cute accommodation.

Jardin magnifique, vue magnifique. Le logement est bien tenu et petit plus pour le jaccuzi sur une terrasse avec une belle vue dégagée. Nous avons même pu voir des toucans. Disponibilités d’Ari irréprochable, très réactive. Toutefois le logement est peu juste pour 4 personnes, notamment au niveau de l’espace de vie / déjeuner. L’intimité de la chambre du haut est moyenne. Et les aboiements de chiens nous ont réveillés chaque nuits. Nous gardons un bon souvenir de cet hébergement bien situé et mignon.

Modern tiny house with a beautiful, wide view from the terrace and a great Jacuzzi. We were 3 adults and stayed there 5 nights. Unfortunately, the accommodation was too small and impractical for us. Since there is only one comfortable seating option in the accommodation, it is not so comfortable for a longer stay of more than 2 people if the weather is not so good. The accommodation is better suited for 2 people who only want to spend 1-2 nights there and also do not want to cook so much themselves. Nevertheless, Ari put a lot of effort into improving the stay for us and had her partner bring another seat.

Modernes Tiny-House mit einem schönen, weiten Ausblick von der Terrasse und einem tollen Jacuzzi. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und haben 5 Nächte dort verbracht. Für uns war die Unterkunft leider zu klein und unpraktisch eingerichtet. Da es in der Unterkunft nur eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit gibt, ist es bei einem längeren Aufenthalt von mehr als 2 Personen nicht so gemütlich, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist. Die Unterkunft ist besser geeignet für 2 Personen, die nur 1-2 Nächte dort verbringen möchten und auch nicht so viel selber kochen möchten. Trotzdem hat Ari sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben um den Aufenthalt für uns zu verbessern und hat von ihrem Partner eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit vorbeibringen lassen.

Ari was nothing less than amazing! She was always responsive and attentive and even when the toilet got clogged she had her boyfriend swing by to fix the issue! She started off by introducing herself in person and showing us around! This was my first trip to Costa Rica but it certainly won’t be my last! Thank you Ari and Robert you guys were amazing!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but there’s something truly special when a host meets you in person to walk you through their space. Ari did exactly that - and it was such a treat! Even though we arrived late, she greeted us with a big smile, was incredibly helpful, and shared all the thoughtful details that made the stay feel just so perfect. The location is about 15–20 minutes outside of La Fortuna, which was exactly the peaceful setting I was looking for. The space itself was cozy, beautifully designed, and full of little touches that showed real care. My favorite moment was soaking in the hot tub listening to the jungle sounds with a full moon and little lightening show. I only wish I’d booked a longer stay! I’m already hoping to return someday soon.

The property is located on the mountain with a beautiful view of the surrounding valley. To reach the accommodation, you drive the last 2 km on a gravel road up the mountain since potholes. An all-wheel drive is recommended here. Ari was a great host, very helpful and super easy to reach, she took care of all questions, gave tips and the house is as shown in the pictures and fully met our expectations. For 4 adults, the bathroom is a bit small and the kitchen equipment is limited to the necessary.

Die Unterkunft ist am Berg gelegen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das umliegende Tal. Um die Unterkunft zu erreichen, fährt man die letzten 2 km eine Schotterstraße seit Schlaglöchern den Berg hinauf. Hier empfiehlt sich ein Alllradantrieb. Ari war eine super Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit und super zu erreichen, sie kümmerte sich um alle Fragen, gab Tips und das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Bad etwas klein und die Küchenausstattung ist auf das Notwendige begrenzt.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful nature with great views – perfect for switching off and relaxing. We liked the hot tub and the surroundings very much, there is plenty to discover. The night tour with the neighbor Bob was also very nice – a super nice person who showed and told us a lot. A lovely place for a short, relaxing stay. Parking is in front of the property, but the neighbor seems safe. The road isn't completely paved, but it's accessible for any vehicle. La Fortuna is about 20 minutes away. It was a pleasant experience, and Ari is very friendly.

The house was very good, well located and the amenities matched the description. There were 4 of us, so the accommodation was very intimate especially when it rains because the outdoor terrace probably usually acts as a living room or extra room. Ari is a great host, very proactive and very friendly, she gave us good recommendations and in addition she makes beautiful ceramic bowls and cups that she makes available in the accommodation for our use. The terrace and spa offer beautiful views of the valley below when the view is clear. We would definitely recommend this place.

La maison était très bien, bien localisé et les commodités correspondaient à la description. Nous étions 4, alors le logement était très intime surtout quand il pleut parce que la terrasse exterieure agit probablement habituellement comme séjour ou pièce supplémentaire. Ari est une excellente hôtesse très proactive et très sympathique, elle nous a fait de bonnes recommandations et en plus elle fait de magnifiques bols et tasses en céramiques qu’elle rend disponible dans le logement pour notre utilisation. La terrasse et le spa offrent une vue magnifique sur la vallée en contrebas lorsque la vue est dégagée. Nous recommandons avec plaisir ce logement.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Ari’s Airbnb! The location was absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning! The location of the Airbnb was also quite close (about a 20 minute drive) to La Fortuna, where there are lots of restaurants and things to do. Ari was incredibly helpful at guiding us to her Airbnb and very responsive to all of our requests. I appreciate the time she took to even drive out to us to bring us more towels and a mirror for my guests and I. All in all, she was such a friendly and wonderful host. I highly recommend her Airbnb, especially to anyone traveling to Costa Rica for the first time.

Ari’s villa was everything we hoped for and more! The space was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and tucked away in a peaceful area about 15 minutes from La Fortuna. The view from the deck and jacuzzi was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. It was incredibly romantic, and Ari even left us a bottle of local wine to enjoy—which was such a thoughtful touch! Check-in was seamless, and Ari was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved relaxing on the porch, where we spotted toucans and monkeys in the trees. The jacuzzi at night was such a vibe—quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway near La Fortuna.

Beautiful place! We could not have been happier with this cabin. Only thing I would say is make sure you turn right leaving here, because the road is difficult going the other way. It was very clean, safe, and a gorgeous location.

We had a wonderful stay at Ari's Airbnb! She welcomed us warmly, even with a bottle of local wine, despite our late arrival. The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, cozy, and surrounded by nature. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub after long days of exploring. It also had a well equipped kitchen and great art throughout. Ari was super responsive and kind. When we had trouble figuring out the hot water late at night, she was ready to help and even offered to send her partner over to help. We ended up solving it ourselves, but her offer meant a lot. We also had an accidental mix up with a personal item, and she graciously helped us coordinate its return with her family. Her communication was thoughtful and smooth throughout our stay. The whole experience felt easy, relaxing, and cared for. We couldn’t recommend her or her place more—it’s a perfect getaway spot with a truly great host.

Ari and her partner were great- communicative, informative and took great care to accommodate us with whatever we needed.  The place is amazing-  it seems bigger with tall roof A-frame design- spiral staircase and awesome view from jacuzzi and deck.  My wife and I stayed with my 7 and 9yo daughters- we traveled with 1 checked nag and 3 carryons and a back pack- had good space private from girls and able to store enough food and cook to save money.     20mins from Lafortuna and pleasant 30/45 drive to Lake Arenal, hot springs and observation lodge. Also plenty of cool great, less commercial places close by.   Spanish speaking Neighbor downhill walked us around his farm and so friendly-  Property across street was amazing- Bob from California showed us such cool animals, plants and recommendations- offered very discounted hikes and night tour- highly recommend connecting and tipping.

Ari’s this place was an absolute paradise that we did not want to leave. It had everything we needed for our short stay including a blender to make delicious smoothies from the local fruit. And she was very gracious to bring a grater on the last morning to make yuca pancakes  from recipe we have learned from a nearby coffee plantation. The view from the hot tub was amazing and it was a great place to meet the sunset with some cocktails as well as cool down in the early morning after yoga when the sun was up. The place is tucked away from busy city life, but it’s quite easy to get to. We woke up every morning to the sound of grazing cows and roosters, and when it rained, we snuggled up inside playing games and reading books enjoying the peacefulness. We were planning to check out the neighboring town, but to be honest, her home offered so much comfort, it was difficult to leave. We would most definitely return.

Beautiful cabin and even more beautiful backyard! My favourite part was spending every morning bird watching (there are so many birds) right from the backyard. The hot tub was a great addition as well. Ari was super responsive and tried to go above and beyond to address something we brought up during the stay. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs because there are a lot of animal noises in the morning and at night!

Ari’s place was amazing! Ari was very accommodating when we arrived much later than planned to due travel delays. We had many questions for her during our stay about things to do locally, and Ari was very quick to respond and give us many suggestions! We rented a car while at the Airbnb and definitely found the 4x4 helpful while getting to the Airbnb. We loved the views from the deck and hot tub and enjoyed bird watching! We would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to return.

Ari is an amazing host! She is so friendly and accommodating. We had a late check in and she was there to receive us. She gave us local treats and wine to try. All delicious. The place is super clean and organized. You get a beautiful sunrise, and you can hear the roosters, birds, and cows. You don’t need a 4x4 car to get to the place (but high car clearance car is encouraged). Also, you get a friendly welcoming every time you drive in from Max the neighbors dog!

Ari was an excellent host. The place was clean and the view is beautiful. The road getting up there is a little sketchy with 2WD but we managed. La Fortuna is about a 30 minute drive away. Overall, great experience!

The most beautiful AirBnB we've ever been to. Ari offers a little heaven on earth here. Especially the sunrises from the balcony or hot tub are absolutely amazing! We were very well hosted at Ari's. Ari is very kind. A small welcome bottle, Ari took the time to explain everything to us. She is a very caring and thoughtful person. The decor is very beautiful and the view is splendid. We were lulled by the sounds of nature: toucan frogs, and the songs of many birds. Ari's place is a unique experience: very clean, very comfortable and good location. A big thank you for hosting us and for the sweets when you leave! I would this beautiful property.

Ari’s place is exactly as described! She was exceptionally accommodating for our last minute booking and made sure everything was spic and span with only an hour notice. We did have one issue with the hot water which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Ari is a wonderful communicator and gave us tips and recommendations for the area - all of which were top notch! The hot tub worked perfectly and heated up quickly. Her house is located about 20 minutes outside of La Fortuna but it felt private and safe. My only recommendation would be to rent an SUV (preferably a 4 wheel drive) as the gravel roads can be difficult to traverse in the rain. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying at Ari’s! An absolute 10/10 host!

Ari was a fantastic host. Her local recommendations were wonderful! The house was clean and well designed/decorated. Ari even makes all the cups and mugs herself! The view from the house was gorgeous and the location was tucked away from the crowds in La Fortuna. I’d recommend an SUV for the road up to the house, but I’d wager that people braver than me will do just fine with a sedan.

Wonderful view and a peaceful location on a hillside with long vistas over a wide valley from the large balcony as well as the living spaces. The A-frame cabin is spacious, comfortable and modern with new appliances. Hummingbirds frequently visited as we relaxed in the hot tub. The road up the hill is easy to navigate, and we had no problems with a small 2wd car.
