The Space
Imagine waking up surrounded by nature, with your own private cenote just 5 meters from your room. Escaiplight is a luxury villa featuring 8 independent suites set within 6,000 square meters of lush green space. The property includes a thatched-roof pavilion, a pyramid, a traditional Mayan steam bath (temazcal), and a natural swimming pool.
Guests can enjoy exclusive activities such as ice baths, temazcal ceremonies, meditation sessions, and private parties equipped with live music, a DJ, a sound system, and lighting.
Villa "Cenote LOOKHA" is located just 10 minutes from downtown Tulum. It offers 8 rooms with private bathrooms, allowing groups to comfortably organize while maintaining privacy. The accommodation can be arranged as:
- 8 independent rooms
or - 2 apartments with 2 rooms each plus 4 single rooms
The villa can host up to 20 guests in total.
Guest Access
A dedicated staff member is available on-site to assist with any issues that may arise. Guests are given privacy and freedom to feel at home, with support readily available whenever needed.
Additional Information
Since the villa is situated in a jungle area, insects are present but none are dangerous. It is advisable to bring mosquito repellent for added comfort.

Me encantó el lugar y la experiencia Pasamos unos días maravillosos el cenote está súper lindo ,y estábamos a 10 minutos del centro de Tulum. Fuimos un grupo de 8 parejas, cada uno con su habitación privada y cómoda, lo que nos permitió descansar y disfrutar con total tranquilidad. Además, organizamos el servicio de chef y masajes, ambos excelentes, y transporte privado siempre puntual y perfectamente coordinado. El equipo de Escaiplight Tulum nos apoyó en todo momento para organizar todo Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para quienes buscan descanso, privacidad y una experiencia natural en Tulum.

What an amazing experience! Great airbnb in the jungle with its own cenote ! Other then one room a/c not working everything else 5stars ! Great service ! They were able to accommodate all my last minuete meals and massages I planed same day too ! 10 stars for that ! Thank you so much looking forward to staying here again for my next visit !

SI buscas una ubicación apartada de la zona urbana y en medio de la naturaleza esta casa es una muy buena elección. El Cenote es hermoso y si te gusta el convivir con la naturaleza te va a encantar. Por otro lado, es importante señalar que al ser zona selvatica hay demasiados insectos y arañas. Desafortunadamente nosotros tuvimos el inconveniente de que a 2 habitaciones no les fincionaba el aire acondicionado y eso fue muy incomodo para los huespedes de esas habitaciones. El aire acondicionado unicamente funciona 12 horas (de 7:00 pm a 7:00 am) para que también lo consideren. Por la zona hay otros cenotes que puedes visitar y el centro de Tulum esta a 15 minutos. Coqui siempre estuvo atenta a los mensajes y respondía rápido, al igual que la persona que cuidaba la casa.

Buen lugar para despejar la mente con tus amistades. Importante deben de alquilar carro porque queda muy adentro y es complicado la transportación.

la experiencia es para aventureros, para ser un lugar que está en la selva , pero ofrecen las comodidades a la posibilidades ya que se encuentra a 2 km adentrado a la selva , es necesario contar con vehículo, existen muchas áreas de oportunidad para mejora pero en general una experiencia diferente , si quieres salir del clásico viaje todo incluido y arriesgarte esto te gustara

It is a special experiential place, being in the jungle and having its own cenote. Unfortunately, the main generator broke down for 2 out of our 3 nights stay, and we are unable to use 2 rooms both nights since the backup generator had to be used. There was a foul smell in one of the rooms that had power and AC, so that was a loss too. Travelers sensitive to insects and bugs need to know that they are abound and go in the rooms.

Un lugar espectacular para desconectarte y convivir con tus amigos o familia, apartado, pero a 6 minutos de la pista que te conecta rápido a Tulum en 8 minutos.

We loved our stay. House and grounds including cenote were beautiful. Had a really great time, and it’s also a lovely walk (early) to beautiful cenotes along the road… The only downside was no restaurants close by but then again that did add to the peacefulness. Would be useful to have a folder of info on places to visit nearby in the house for guests to browse. Coqui and team were super helpful and responsive to any questions.
