The gated grounds ensure privacy and security, featuring a lush tropical garden and a refreshing pool. Conveniently, a grocery store and several restaurants are just steps away, making dining and shopping effortless.

Inside the condo, you will find all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. This unique setting allows you to enjoy the excitement of the nearby beach and nightlife alongside the calm and serenity of your private sanctuary.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including a private patio furnished with a stylish dining table and four comfortable chairs—ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation.

You can take a dip in the shared pool surrounded by greenery and refresh yourself with the outdoor shower. For added convenience, a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located near the pool, available to guests at no extra charge.

Security is a top priority at this complex. The premises are securely gated and locked at all times. Additionally, a security guard is on duty from 5:30 pm to 5:30 am, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment throughout your stay.
