The Space

Welcome to Treetops Roatán, your private Caribbean retreat featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This unique island sanctuary is perched above the turquoise Caribbean waters and surrounded by lush jungle, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. Every room provides panoramic views of the sea and jungle canopy.

The open-air design includes breezeways that connect four separate guest suites, ensuring privacy while framing a tranquil central courtyard. The courtyard boasts manicured gardens, a plunge pool, a serene hummingbird fountain, and a shaded pagoda. Just a five-minute walk away is a secluded beach with calm, swimmable waters.

Layout

• Lower Ground Level:
  A private garden path leads to a secluded suite with a queen bed, rain shower, mini bar, and jungle views—perfect for guests seeking quiet and privacy.

• Main Level:
  Enter through the signature breezeway into an open-air lounge with a daybed and expansive sea views. The fully updated kitchen includes modern appliances and a wine fridge, opening onto a vibrant dining and living area. French doors lead to the outdoor fountain, gardens, plunge pool, and pagoda. This level also features a twin bedroom (convertible to king) with a cozy window seat overlooking the jungle.

• Upper Level:
  The primary suite offers a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious master bathroom with a jetted tub and open-air shower. Across the breezeway is another guest suite with a private deck and open-air rain shower overlooking the jungle.

• Top Level (The Watchtower):
  Climb to the top for unmatched 360-degree views of Roatán’s vibrant jungle and sparkling sea—an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Location and Beach

Treetops is situated in the peaceful Brick Bay community, centrally located between French Harbor and Coxen Hole. Local amenities such as groceries, banks, shops, and restaurants are just minutes away. The popular West End and West Bay beaches are a scenic 20 to 25-minute drive along the island’s north shore.

A short walk from the house leads to a private, secluded beach featuring shallow swimming areas protected by mangroves. This spot is excellent for snorkeling or relaxing in the sun. The beach is exclusive to hotel guests and residents of the community.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the entire house, gardens, and private beach area, including a roped-off ocean swimming zone. The beach is accessible via a five-minute walk from the house. At the bottom of the driveway, take a left at the fork and follow the path and signs to Curación Beach Resort.

Additional Information

• A full-time property manager is available 24/7 to assist with any needs.
• Housekeeping services are provided every other day and daily upon request.
• A gardener tends the grounds three times a week. These services are included in the rental price but can be adjusted upon request.
• Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied.
• For safety, guests under the age of 12 should be supervised due to the open nature of the estate and the collection of art and antiques throughout the home.

Security

Treetops is part of a small, private enclave in Brick Bay, accessible via a single road off the main highway in Roatán. The entrance gate is staffed 24 hours a day, and the property is equipped with a security system.
