Claudine’s home is located in a private residence that in it self is amazing. There are Mayan Ruins as your driving towards her house that you can spend hours exploring. The home is also located walking distance from the Cozumel ferry which is right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. I would definitely recommend getting her house for a family who consist of all ages, there is something to do here for everyone. I want to thank Claudine for opening up her doors to my Family and I hope to go back soon. Once again Muchisimas Gracias por todo Claudine y Maria 🙏🏽 Que Dios las sigua bendiciendo.

The view and proximity to the beach sold us on Claudine's property and they did not disappoint. We rented bikes and had no problem accessing the market and restaurants of Playa Del Carmen. Best chill vacation we've ever had. Thank you, Claudine!

Location right on the beach was fantastic! Amazing views and patio to enjoy. Check in was easy and Claudine was very responsive to every question. Maria was fabulous and addressed anything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Maison face a la mer qui nécessite une rénovation complète et très loin des photos !!. Sols en mauvais état, cuisine avec frigo sale, lave vaisselle obsolète, sale et très bruyant, four idem, ustensiles de cuisine très vieux…assiettes et verres n y fait n y à faire ( on s est acheté des verres!!) - salles de bain d’un autre âge, rouillée et dont une remplie de papillons chaque matin car fenêtre cassée, robinetterie rouillée , 5’ d’attente par douche pour avoir de l’eau chaude ( une hérésie écologique !!)’ plinthes cassées, piscine ou l’ on ramasse chaque matin des bouts de la façade tombée dedans ( dangereux donc !), Bref c’est totalement inacceptable vu le prix (6000€/semaine en août..) à ce stade certains diraient que c’est du vol et une vraie arnaque! Dernier point : maison qui subit malheureusement la présence de sargasses : de fait, impossible de se baigner en mer, terrasse et piscine inaccessibles à cause de l’odeur permanente d’œuf pourri !!! On est parti des que l’on a pu !
