I stayed here for a night as we were passing through and needed place to rest after a long drive. They have strict quite hours listed during check-in so we were quite excited to get a good night of rest. The place was easy to find and was very secure and high tech with automatic gate that you open with your phone. Beware that is you have a spotty data connection you might have a hard time getting in. For us that wasn't a problem and it went smoothly. We had free parking and felt secure leaving our car parked there overnight. The place is exactly as shown on the pictures, the kitchen was spotless and very well furnished. The washing machine came in very handy but you're on a timer and it shuts down just before 10pm and won't turn back on before 7am. Sleep wise, the bed was super comfy, the couch not at all and they quite hours only applied to us. The neighbors across the walls were loud  and woke us up at 5:30am because of the loud chattering. Ovarall we felt happy but cranky.

This is the second time I've been there and the service is impeccable.

This is the second time I have stayed here, and I have no complaints whatsoever. Now it's much easier to open the gate at check-in and for check-out, so it makes everything easier! A very cozy place. 100% recommended.

I was very comfortable during my stay. The apartment is very well located, very close to the university and with several good places to eat nearby. The apartment is tidy and has everything you need. Although it is a building with several apartments, the atmosphere is very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Estuve muy cómodo durante mi estancia. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la universidad y con varios lugares ricos para comer en los alrededores. El depa está ordenado y cuenta con todo lo necesario. A pesar de que es un edificio con varios departamentos, el ambiente es muy tranquilo. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

I think it's located in a good place, considering that the universities are very close, which was just what I was looking for. The hosts were always very friendly. I loved the apartment, when we arrived it was clean, it smelled nice, the decor was beautiful. And we had several utensils to prepare our food!! In addition, the owners answered quite quickly and were always available to us!

I had an activity at Fidelitas University and the location is excellent, there are places nearby to eat and drink and to go for a run. Good communication and easy to get in and out of the place.
