The Space

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring privacy throughout their stay.
House Rules
- No noisy parties or gatherings with individuals not included in the reservation.
- Visitors who are not part of the booking are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM; no noise or music is allowed during this time.
- Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed without prior authorization.
- Do not dispose of tampons or any other items in the toilets; garbage bins are provided in each bathroom.
- All doors and windows must be closed when leaving the property.
- The host is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

Hermosa casa, mucha privacidad y en un entorno tranquilo. Marie-Anne siempre estuvo disponible por cualquier cosa que ocurriera. Hay pequeñas cosas que pueden mejorar pero volvería definitivamente.

Mon séjour s'est bien passé, l'hôte est toujours disponible et répond à toutes nos demandes. L'emplacement est très bien (tel que décrit). Petit point négatif : le logement a besoin d'un peu d'entretien (les douches sont tachées, plusieurs tâches sur les murs, etc.). Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes satisfaits et recommandons cet emplacement.

Amazing home and exceptional host, Marie-Ann is this best host I have had thus far, very helpful and accommodating helped plan a very special surprise. Home is exactly as mentioned close to the strip and excursions by car beautiful scenic views

This house was amazing, the pictures can’t describe how beautiful it is. Definitely worth every penny paid. Maybell was very responsive, helpful and gave us information regarding places to visit. You do need a 4x4 to get to the house.

This place was amazing and everything was absolutely amazing. With this being my first time traveling to Costa Rica Marie made sure all questions were answered and was literally just a phone call away if I needed anything. Such a peaceful and beautiful home and not far from the beaches at all. Highly Recommend!!

We Loved the villa!! It's a beautiful, spacious, clean, and super comfortable home. The amenities are spot-on and reliable. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great lighting, fans, and air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor seating very much! The sunsets are just breathtaking from the home. The location is perfect, as it's close enough to everything and far enough to block out the town madness. Having said all this, I would be amiss if I don't mention that the home is a bit worn out, and needs some updating. Some things are falling apart, and need to be fixed up at the earliest so the Villa doesn't lose its charm. These are just small things that become big things over time. Also, getting to and from the Villa is an offroading adventure each day! Our home manager, Patricia was wonderful, matter-of-fact, and easy to communicate with. In spite of her super helpful suggestions on the area, I do highly recommend doing your own research.

Amazing house! We lived here for several months and it was the perfect home for my little family. Frederick is a gracious host and they have a great house manager. Highly recommend this stay!
