The place is beautiful around it, lots of nature. The pool has no filter or water circulation. They use very strong chlorine to keep it clean. However, for 14 people, it is not clean after more than 3 days under those conditions. It's spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and pots. They provide cloths for the house, but not for the pool. It's good to know so you can be prepared. The house has many fans and large windows. But during the days we were there, the heat was very intense. There is no roofed area outside near the pool, and being inside during peak hours is like being in an oven.

El lugar es hermoso a su alrrededor, mucha naturaleza, la piscina es una pileta no tiene filtro ni circulación de agua, utilizan un cloro muy fuerte para mantenerla limpia, sin embargo, para 14 personas, más de 3 días no es aseado en esas condiciones. Es espacioso, la cocina tiene todos los utensilios y ollas necesarios, dan paños para la casa, pero no para la piscina es bueno saberlo para ir preparados. La casa tiene muchos ventiladores, grandes ventanas. Pero para los días que estuvimos el calor era muy fuerte, afuera no hay algún lugar donde estar cerca de la piscina con techo y estar adentro en horas pico es un horno.

It's our fourth visit and we always enjoy it quite a bit. Beautiful, paradise-like beach. Natural landscapes like something out of a magazine. View of monkeys, iguanas, sea lions, among others. And what can I say? The house has all the amenities, even a pool, and it's in front of the beach. The hosts and the staff in charge were always very friendly.

Es nuestra cuarta visita y siempre disfrutamos bastante. Playa bonita paradisíaca. Paisajes naturales como de revista. Vista de monos, iguanas, lapas, entre otros. Y que decir, que la casa tiene todas las comodidades y hasta piscina y está frente a la playa. Los anfitriones y el personal responsable siempre atendieron muy amablemente.

Overall good, but we had to wait to be able to enter because the house was not ready, and when we left there was no one to collect the keys. They ask for a lot of information for their security, but the place is not very safe. It doesn't have gates.

En general bien, pero tuvimos que esperar para poder entrar porque la casa no estaba lista y a la salida no había nadie que recogiera las llaves, piden mucha información por seguridad para ellos pero el lugar es poco seguro, no cuenta con portones

Everything was amazing. The place has a fantastic location facing the beach and near restaurants. It was a wonderful experience overall. Great communication with the host. As the only recommendations, I would add a chlorine tablet to the pool or improve the flow, since it gets dirty very easily and is difficult to clean, and an air conditioner would make it a 20 out of 10. Highly recommended for groups of 10 to 14 people.

Todo estuvo increíble el lugar tiene una ubicación fantástica frente a la playa y cerca de restaurantes. Fue una experiencia maravillosa en general. Exclente comunicación con el host. Como únicas recomendaciones daría agregar una pastilla de Cloro a la piscina o mejorar el flujo ya que se ensucia con mucha facilidad y le cuesta limpiarse y un aire acondicionado la convertirá en 20 de 10. Super recomendado para grupos de 10 a 14 personas.

So much can be said about this house. It was definitely not what we were expecting. It does not have ac which the description does say that but other views said it stays cool with the fans and circulation but that was not the case for us. it was EXTREMELY hot. secondly the bedrooms are upstairs. 2 have windows and 2 have shutters with just screens over them. we seen lots of bugs and lizards in the house and the shelves and floors were very dirty. the fridge also did not get cold. for check in the host had the neighbor come bring us keys and asked to take a picture of my passport. I was trying to use translater but he had no interest explaining anything. our driver we had helped us more than he did. the location is the best part of the house. we did check out after the first day.

It was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back. Everything was clean, and they were attentive to our needs. I am very grateful.

The place is very comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms have very good ventilation, and the location is great, right on the beach.

Massive windows made us feel like we were outside, so close to the beach. Everything felt clean and comfortable. The house seems well-loved. The fans were great, but during the heat of the day, 11 AM - 3 PM, it was pretty intense. But we slept comfortably. We did go swimming in the ocean, but it was pretty rough with lots of rip currents both times. The pool was nice, though warm. We had a 1 year old and my 84 year old mother, so the lack of AC was a little much, but even with that, we really liked the place!

It's a very comfortable house, you can enjoy the beach and the private pool.

The house is very spacious, excellent location. Very comfortable for large families. We just didn't find it clean enough, it had a very strong odor. The pool is excellent and has a children's area, but it was very clean and the surroundings were very neglected.

Our stay was excellent. The house is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Despite not having air conditioning, it stays naturally cool thanks to the ventilation and the surrounding trees, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is unbeatable, right on the oceanfront, perfect for enjoying the beach at any time. In addition, the kitchen is very well equipped, which made our experience even more practical and enjoyable. The flexibility of check-in and check-out times is THE PLUS. Overall, a highly recommended place. We would definitely come back.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. La casa es muy limpia, cómoda y bien cuidada. A pesar de no tener aire acondicionado, se mantiene fresca de manera natural gracias a la ventilación y a los árboles alrededor, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente al mar, perfecta para disfrutar la playa a cualquier hora. Además, la cocina está muy bien equipada, lo que hizo nuestra experiencia todavía más práctica y agradable. La flexibilidad de horas de entrada y salida es EL PLUS. En general, un lugar altamente recomendado. Sin duda volveríamos.

The location is perfect, it is oceanfront and there are no neighbors nearby so you can extend the activity until the time you want, the early check-in and late check-out are an incredible plus, communication with the hosts was excellent at all times, the whole house was very clean, even the pool was freshly cleaned, the kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of tables and chairs, also sticks and even shampoo, which is appreciated. It really is a 100/10 in every aspect, I recommend it a thousand times over

Excellent Airbnb located in front of the beach. The road to get to the Airbnb can be accessed by any vehicle. The house is super tidy, clean, with everything you need to have a quiet day. The house is beautiful But it really lacks air conditioning. The refrigerator is not at 100%. It's uncomfortable. It made the dairy products go bad. They should put a little love into it and buy another refrigerator.

Excellent place. It's the third time I've been there. The other two times there was a ranch with a grill and a sink. It was the best area to share, but it's gone. So please note that there's nowhere to do a BBQ.

It was an excellent experience in every way, the beautiful place surrounded by nature, the beach in front and it is a very clean beach with few people so it was like having a private beach just for us, the pool is very clean, we had everything we needed for our stay, it is perfect for vacationing with family or friends, the place is very private, the area is very quiet and without noise, you can only hear nature, animals, the waves of the sea, at night it rained and we slept very well, the house is in very good condition, many living areas to share, we were 14 people and we all left satisfied, we highly recommend it

Fue una experiencia excelente en todos los sentidos, el lugar precioso rodeado de naturaleza, la playa al frente y es una playa muy limpia con pocas personas entonces fue como tener una playa privada solo para nosotros, la piscina muy limpia, teníamos todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía, es perfecta para vacacionar en familia o con amigos, el lugar es muy privado, la zona es muy tranquila y sin bulla, se escucha solo la naturaleza, animalitos, las olas del mar, en la noche llovió y dormimos riquísimo, la casa está en muy buen estado, muchas zonas de estar para compartir, fuimos 14 personas y todos salimos satisfechos, lo recomendamos ampliamente

Soneydy was a great host. She was responsive when we reached her since early in the morning to let them know we were checking in by the evening. She gave us all the instructions clearly and respectfully. She also gave pieces of advice about the place and the beach. She is an amazing person, helpful, humbled, and polite. The place was a perfect fit for our need. I wished we could stay for more days. Though it was perfect for our academic field trip. Beautiful gardens.

Perfect location, great house! Very comfortable, rustic and super clean… even had cotton sheets on the beds!! We thought, initially, the lack of AC would be rough, but the breeze through the house, plus all screened windows and doors (and lots of fans!) made for a very comfortable stay… we didn’t miss AC at all!! Plus the pool was awesome… Thank You Lucia, hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful location on the beach with Jaco and Manuel Antonio are within driving distance. Large and spacious with multiple bedrooms to choose from depending on the group size. The only real issue was the ad represented 3 bathrooms which it has. But one of the 3 is outside behind the pool which was inconvenient. Would stay here again but possibly with a smaller group so the bathroom situation is less

There is a person who is always attentive to any needs that arise. It was a little hard to get there because we couldn't find the place, but once there everything was super good.

The perfect stay, the beautiful place, the beds very comfortable and clean.. some observations would be that the knives have no edge, the spark of the kitchen did not work and turn on the kitchen was a little difficult, maybe they add putting a roof of the house  to the asado ranchito and more lighting to the pool, but if I recommend it.

La estadía perfecta, el lugar hermoso, las camas muy confortables y limpio.. algunas observaciones serían que los cuchillos no tienen filo, la chispa de la cocina no funcionaba y prender la cocina era un poco difícil, tal vez que agreguen poner techo de la casa  al ranchito del asado y más alumbrado a la piscina, pero si lo recomiendo.

Everything as described, the pool is excellent, it has its own bathroom so it is super comfortable. The rooms are too comfortable and perfect for a large group. We loved everything! The beach is literally in front, so the location is too perfect.

Very nice place, private with the beach in front...comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and everything was clean... it's a pity that the house doesn't have A/C but at least it has quite a few fans! A spectacular place to go as a group of friends to have a good time!

Muy lindo el lugar, privado con la playa al frente…comodas camas, cocina bien equipada y todo estaba limpio…lastima que la la casa no cuenta con A/C pero al menos tiene bastantes abanicos! Un lugar espectacular para ir en grupo de amigos a pasarla bien!

Absolutely loved this place! 12 friends and I stayed here and it is absolutely beautiful. A market right down the road had everything we needed, they came and cleaned the pool multiple times for us, the beach was a 30 second walk and we were the only ones there. Definitely reccomend.

It is an excellent place, clean, in front of the beach , with green spaces, well equipped. Just review a bad fan. Low power gas cook, coffe maker lasted a long time to finish the coffee. Other than that, the number of rooms and beds seemed very good to me. Everything clean, with cloths and we didn't have any problems during the instance. Communication with Lucia was excellent , the times I put a message always answered me. Apart from giving a little maintenance is Perfect place🥰

Es un lugar excelente, limpio, frente a playa , con espacios verdes, bien equipado. Solamente revisar abanico malo. Cocina de gas poca potencia, coffe maker duraba mucho para terminar de hacer el café. Aparte de eso me pareció muy bien la cantidad de cuartos y camas. Todo limpio, con paños y no tuvimos ningún problema durante la instancia. La comunicación con Lucía fue excelente , las veces que coloque mensaje siempre me respondió. Aparte de dar un poquito mantenimiento está Perfecto el lugar🥰

The space is wonderful, cozy house with all the amenities, the pool is delicious. Everything was excellent, we will definitely come back,

The House is super cute, it's got everything you need don't get bored in the house a few steps from the sea and in the back of the house the pool. It was very pleasant to spend the time as a family in this house, we will be back again we really liked the place.

La Casa es súper linda, tiene todo lo que necesitas no se aburre uno en la casa a unos pasos del mar y en la parte de atrás de la casa la piscina. Fue muy agrable pasar el tiempo en familia en esta casa, volveremos de nuevo nos gustó mucho el lugar.

Everything was very nice, very clean pool, even gave it shade much of the morning. A very peaceful place, far from the hustle. They are Honoured Persons.

Todo estuvo muy lindo, piscina muy limpia, incluso le daba sombra gran parte de la mañana. Un lugar muy tranquilo, alejado del bullicio. Son personas honradas.

It is a very nice place, private and accessible! I consider it important to pay more attention to the cleanliness. But in general, everything was very good!

The place is beautiful, facing the sea 20 steps from the beach, you really enjoy it.

El lugar es hermoso, frente al mar a 20 pasos de la playa, se disfruta mucho.

Accommodation such as the description, beautiful accommodation, ample enough for a family stay; location in front of the beach, quiet place,  well planted and visitors ( iguanas, red macaws...)  surprising at the rendezvous.

Logement tel que la description, beau logement, assez ample pour un séjour en famille ; emplacement en face de la plage, endroit calme,  bien arboré et des visiteurs ( iguanes, aras rouges...)  surprenants au rendez-vous.

A very peaceful place, quite ample space, beachfront. The house is fully equipped and the pool is very clean.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, un espacio bastante amplio, frente a la playa. La casa está completamente equipada y la piscina muy limpia.
