Un lugar muy tranquilo, muy bonito. La casa estaba limpia. Muy atentos a la hora de preguntarles algo relacionado con la casa o piscina. Sin duda volveríamos.

Todo estuvo perfecto solamente un poco de atraso mientras nos registraban en la entrada del condominio, por lo demás todo perfecto la casa, la piscina y las zonas que tiene la casa de rancho con parrillas fueron geniales!!!

We had a lovely stay at villa ensueño! Allen want prompt and on time for check in, guided us around the property & gave us recommendations for excursions and activities. We traveled with young kids so the pool was a plus. This was our first time in La fortuna and this house was a huge, peaceful place to stay. Will be back again.

This Airbnb is not as nice as the pictures show. It is a lot smaller. The rules surrounding the air conditioning units are burdensome. The air conditioning units do not consistently work. The worst parts were the kitchen stove and indoor bathroom which went between hot and cold water while showering. My family and I ended up having to shower in the outside bathroom. Home Vacations did a poor job of following up to check jn on the issues raised regarding the kitchen stove and hot water. We were told a technician would come and they never came. This interrupted our plans during our stay.

We were overall satisfied with our stay and really enjoyed the area — it’s beautiful, convenient, and the community felt super safe. The house itself has good potential and the location was a plus. That said, I want to mention two issues future guests should be aware of. The first minor issue was the kitchen door: the rubber seals on the bottom was missing one inch gap anything can crawl in, and I was able to temporarily fix it with some tissue, but it’s something management said they will address. The more significant concern was the strong moldy smell inside the house when we arrived. I had to purchase several products and spend time treating the odor throughout the five nights of our stay to make it comfortable. While I understand humidity is common in tropical areas, this went beyond normal levels of mold odor and was noticeable right away. Overall, the stay was good, but I hope the management takes care of the mold smell and door seal to improve the experience for future guests.

Beautiful house in a great location with an even better view of the volcano. The home was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to the host’s clear communication and instructions. We truly enjoyed our family time there—our goal was to rest and relax, and it was perfect for that. There are also plenty of activities for those who want to explore, and the host is wonderful at helping you find exactly what fits your plans. I appreciated the host’s attentions and will love to return to this place.
