The Space
Nispero Beach Villa provides eco-friendly luxury nestled in the treetops, just a short walk from the beach. The villa spans two levels of living space designed for comfort and relaxation.
On the lower level, the living, dining, and kitchen areas open onto a large deck. This outdoor space includes a plunge pool and offers striking views of the ocean.
The upper level features a master suite with a king-size bed dressed in high-quality linens. The en-suite bathroom includes a teakwood rain shower, a vanity, and a private water closet.
A futon in the living room can be converted to sleep two additional children or small adults, making the villa suitable for families or small groups.
Location
The villa is just a brief stroll from the beach, where guests can enjoy ocean swimming, dining at nearby restaurants, and participate in scheduled turtle release events.

Die3 Kommunikation mit Tony war perfekt. Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft und sie war traumhaft. Am ersten Morgen sprangen sogar Affen in den Baumkronen über unserem Haus und wir hatten Besuch von sehr zutraulichen und wunderschönen Vögeln :-) Einen Abend haben wir im Restaurant am Strand während des Sonnenuntergangs zu Abend gegessen...schöner geht es nicht und das Essen war auch hervorragend. Die Unterkunft ist zu 100% zu empfehlen, man muss nur wissen, dass man vorher zumindest für das Frühstück etwas einkauft, da es doch abgelegen ist. Ich weiß nicht, ob man im Restaurant auch frühstücken kann und am Tag unserer Ankunft hatte es geschlossen. War für uns aber kein Problem, wir sind zum Abendessen nach El Gigante gefahren und haben auch gleich etwas für's Frühstück eingekauft. Das Dorf ist mit dem Auto nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen und hoffen, noch einbmal wieder kommen zu können. Der Strand ist auch wunderschön!

Wunderschöne Bucht, wunderschöne Unterkunft!! Auf Probleme wurde super schnell und perfekt reagiert! Danke für alles!!! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien ubicado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. El anfitrión siempre fue amable y atento. Sin duda volveríamos. Recomendado al 💯

Nos encantó quedarnos en Villa Nispero sobre todo con nuestros 2 perritos, es bastante tranquilo perfecto para desconectarse, la ubicación es perfecta muy cerca de la playa.

Nispero villa is truly a special place. We stayed two nights with our ten month old baby. Tony and Douglas were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The sunset from the villa was incredible. A quick walk down to a very private beach where we got to watch baby sea turtles be released into the ocean, a one of a kind experience. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house in the forest, at a peaceful beachfront gated community. We enjoyed the silence, hearing the monkeys and the nature! Would be back some day !

Nos gusto mucho el lugar , la vista es muy linda al mar , incluso la playa está cerca , solo tienes que bajar unas cuantas escaleras, hay un bar Justo frente a la playa , el lugar tiene todo lo necesario si quieres llevar para cocinar , tienes una vista preciosa desde la habitación. Cómo recomendación lleva repelente o baygon para mosquitos y otros animales que siempre salen por la luz al ser un lugar rústico.
