The Space
Villa La Estancia 1305 offers premium ocean views and comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three beds and three full bathrooms. This recently renovated two-bedroom condo features one king bed and two queen beds, providing stunning views of the ocean.
The villa provides over 2,300 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space, perfect for relaxation. It is maintained with great pride and attention to detail, as it serves as both a vacation rental and the owner's second home. Many returning guests have become regular visitors due to the exceptional upkeep and upgrades.
Recent improvements include stone-tiled walls in the bedrooms, new granite kitchen countertops with a large stainless steel sink and faucet, and marble basin sinks with new faucets in all bathrooms. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, a brand-new Samsung curved TV, a sitting area, and a desk. The secondary bedroom has two queen beds and a sitting area.
Regular maintenance involves monthly deep cleaning, semi-annual steam cleaning of all furniture and fabrics, and annual floor polishing to keep the villa in excellent condition.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities at Villa La Estancia. The villa is located on the third floor, overlooking the upper pool. From the spacious, covered balcony, guests can enjoy spectacular ocean views alongside the pool.
Housekeeping services are provided before check-in, after check-out, and during the stay depending on its length. The villa is stocked with essential supplies such as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish liquid, and paper towels.

This was our second time staying at Villa La Estancia and overall, it was another great experience. The space is spacious and beautifully decorated, exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. The location truly can’t be beat: beachfront access, close to town, and just the right amount of quiet. The host was friendly and responsive, which we really appreciated. That said, there were a couple of minor things that could have been improved: the tub drain had some rust, and the sofa had a slight odor that could use some attention. Nothing major, but worth mentioning for future guests. Still, the positives far outweigh the small issues, and we’d absolutely return again. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy Cabo.

It is a wonderful two-bedroom apartment with three full bathrooms, beautifully decorated, with everything we needed. Very comfortable with a terrific view. The amenities included such as swimming pool, beach, fitness center, restaurant, etc. are all top-notch!

We have stayed in various units at the Estancia over the years. This unit was definitely decorated nicer than most, which isn’t a priority but felt very comfortable. The view from the balcony in the pictures is accurate- great! Maggie is the on-site host and was very helpful and responded pretty quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and stay with them again! The only thing I would suggest is bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they have it but very cheap.
