BEACHFRONT PARADISE COSTA AZUL, SAN JOSÉ DEL CABO

Great deal vs luxury resorts nearby. Great surfing beach though not swimmable. Great for our family of 5 with a car. A few food options nearby. The resort/condo restaurant was particularly excellent and really warm staff we got to know over the week.

Just can’t say enough about how amazing this place is! This is our third time staying with Erika and we can’t image staying somewhere else in San Jose del Cabo. Always responsive and friendly and right on the beach. If you love to surf you are steps away from the top spot in the area.

Our family had a wonderful last minute vacation at Erika and Lizandro’s condo. We watched whales blowing, tail slapping and breeching from the balcony and pool every day. The infinity pool overlooking the beach and the beach access could not be beat. The poolside restaurant was great although we were disappointed that their liquor license was pulled for the entirety of our stay, but the service and food were excellent. The condo itself had amazing views and was a peaceful resting spot after activities. Beds were comfortable and clean. The hosts were very responsive. They coordinated massages in the condo as well as our airport transportation, both of which we would recommend! Minor downside was the lack of walkability to shops/restaurants with a 4 month old. There were 2 restaurants just up the beach but otherwise town was easy Uber rides (just logistically difficult with car seat aged child) but all in all we would choose the view, pool and beach over being closer.

We had a wonderful stay. The beach is beautiful and easy to access. However, the view is so amazing from the balcony you don’t even have to leave! The pool is great and so were the staff at the bar/restaurant there. Our kids had such a great time. The condo is well-decorated, has high-end furnishings, and felt very luxurious. Costa Azul is definitely one of the best beaches in the area, so the location is great. If you want to go out to eat without going far, Zipper’s is close by as well as a few other options. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Any minor thing that came up had a very quick response. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone. You’ll enjoy it!

This was my very first time using this app. I was a little worried I would get a crappy place or unwanted this or that. It was honestly perfect. My family enjoyed the spaces and the very swimmable and safe beach and surroundings. The host and house manager are awesome people. The facilities are immaculate and good escape from the Cabo mess. Peaceful. Great view. Friendly staff. Very safe and good for families. Not once did I have to tolerate yelling or bad behavior or Bluetooth speakers with terrible music. I’m for sure coming back and will try to stay at this exact one.

Lovely place, lovely location, safe and a great place to call a Homebase for our vacation. Traveled with elderly parent and two teenagers, and everything was safe and easily accessible. Space was extremely clean and functional for all of our needs. Kids loved going down to the pool or beach every day and it was nice having that so easy and safe for them to go without being supervised. Beach in front of the house is beautiful and you can walk for miles! Good launching off point to either spend time in San Jose or Cabo San Lucas… Or not go anywhere and enjoy the beauty out your balcony.

Our stay at the soleato over Thanksgiving week was wonderful. The accommodations were as described. It was so nice to have the little restaurant poolside for smoothies and lunch and it was very quiet. Our hosts were so responsive to all my questions and had wonderful suggestions especially the in room massages and arranging our transportation. I would recommend this location for an out-of-the-way getaway.

We loved everything about our trip and Erika and Lizandro’s condo! The location is directly in front of Zippers surf break. There are two walkable restaurants very close by that are excellent! Everything in the condo was just as described and pictured. We had no issues while we were there. Thank you for opening your home to us and allowing us to spend this time with our family. We were celebrating an anniversary and the loss of a loved one very recently. This was just what our family needed! We went to Flora Farms for a cooking class and for dinner one night. We also visited San Jose Art show leaving& I mean District on Thursday night and went back for more shopping and celebration. We used Brown‘s transportation service and had groceries delivered from La Comer s 3 times they were also excellent! We never heard any traffic from the road and the resort is very quiet. We were disappointed that the restaurant/bar was not open, but it was under a big renovation so that will be great nex
