There was 11 of us staying at this location for about 10 days and had great recommendations. They set up our full day excursion. They set us up with a chef and Caterer and everything was taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Definitely would recommend the home! Every question or concern I had was answered by someone on the team immediately.

We enjoyed our stay at Naluum. We booked it as there were 11 of us, two couples plus our adult children and my mother-in-law so the two villas accommodated us all; we could be together or be apart in our own rooms when we wanted to and we had the place to ourselves. It was great for the two families to be together for the first time in over two years as we live in separate islands. Our room (Room 1) had the largest kitchen and a true living room so it had the largest indoor seating area. Most meals were prepared there, if more burners were required we used the two downstairs units. We made use of the on-site grill, outdoor bar and dining area on the nights we didn’t go out to eat, for games and just hanging out and enjoying each others company. Location was great, just a short walk to the right and we were on the Main Street close to restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Naluum is very minimalist in aesthetic but has all the basic necessities you need. It’s perfect if you’re traveling in large groups. The villa grounds were spotless and the entire group loved the common gathering areas. The master suite is upstairs which was a bit of a bummer when you have to haul up all your luggage. It was the only unit with full kitchen amenities and a seating area. The villa is conveniently located with a grocery store a few blocks away, a cafe across the street and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Property management was super responsive and set up dinner reservations and transportation for us which made it that much easier. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party with 17 girls and fit very comfortably. The place looked just like the pictures. There is not a huge indoor common space which was totally fine for our group, but something to think about if your group likes to be all together inside the AC. The outdoor common area was where we spent most of our time and we loved it! Hosts were very responsive and helped organize activities in advance like transfers, a yacht trip, dinner reservations, a private chef, early check in, etc. AC units worked very well. We loved our time in Tulum and definitely recommend Naluum!

We had the most incredible stay at Naluum! We were 12 friends coming together for a milestone celebration. The hosts were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. From recommending an amazing itinerary, to arranging complex transport in town and airport transfers, Manu and Ulf truly supported in crafting an amazing trip. The property was even more spacious and stunning than the photos. We spent the majority of our time lounging by the pool and eating under the large table. The private chef Manu and Ulf recommended was fantastic and made for a very memorable and comfortable night in. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean, wifi was speedy, location was central and convenient with a lovely cafe just across the street. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Manu’s place was the perfect paradise for my bachelorette party! All of my friends had their one clean space to relax but the courtyard was perfect for hosting! Manu coordinating with my friends for a private chef (delicious!) and shuttle pick ups through out the trip (prompt and a great value!)- in fact he was incredibly communicative (and a huge part of the planning efforts) cannot thank him enough for the perfect weekend. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for my 25th birthday with a group of 14 friends and it was absolutely amazing. The concept and layout of the property is perfect for larger groups we were all able to stay together while still having our own private rooms, which made the experience even better. The location was also great and close to everything, which made getting around super easy for our group. Manu and Ulf were incredibly attentive hosts and helped us with everything we needed throughout the stay. Their hospitality truly made the trip feel special. The private chef service was also incredible the food was delicious and such a fun experience for the whole group. Overall it was a 10/10 stay. I would absolutely come back again with my family and do it all over!

Manu and Ulf's place was fantastic! There were 10 of us that stayed there and we all had our own private room and bathroom. Most of us had kitchenettes as well which was great. We felt secure and safe. The area is walkable with a great coffee/breakfast place right across the street. And then a 5 minute walk takes you to a street with many shops and restaurants. There is a nice grocery store about a 10 minute walk. Manu and Ulf were great communicators, always quick to respond to my many, many questions I had before we got there! Ulf arranged a bunch of airport transportation for people that was a little complicated and it all worked out great! They also hooked up some of my guests with a wonderful beach club and gave us all lots of great restaurant recommendations. And since we were there during a bit of a cold snap, it was chilly sleeping and Manu had more blankets delivered which was much appreciated! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful place!
