Stayed here for a couple of weeks while working on a project in Nosara. The home was great and was easy enough to make into home especially when the rain comes in and you don’t want to risk going through the streams. The beach is very close with surfers each day and has a restaurant to get some fruit smoothies for those nutrients. Everything with the house works well and the rooms have AC for those hotter nights. The kitchen was of good use as well as the bbq grill outside. The rain that comes by pretty hard at times does cause some leakage to be mindful of but luckily nothing that made me worried about my stuff or sleep. This was a great place for us while we were in CR and we will be looking back to it when the time comes again. We also found out that one of our friends stayed here a few years ago too!!

The place has a very nice low key surfer vibe, lots of space, and a very nice pool/terrace/kitchen/dinning space, it does needs a bit of maintenance or improvement in some bathrooms. Kitchen is big and functional but needs a bit of work as well. We spoke to Adriana early in our stay and gave our feedback on the place, she was very helpful, open and eager to help make our stay better, she gave us lots of options to work with, to witch we are very thankful! Location is awesome, very close to the beaches, and very close to the only convenient store around the area. Carlos was very responsive and helpful as well. Our kids loved the pool, and played continuously with the house dog, which was very well behaved. Overall we had a very nice time and our host was very helpful!!

Marbella is a beautiful place and perfect if you like to surf! There isn’t really anything nearby, only a local shop where you can buy the necessary things. The house was pretty big and it has a really nice vibe, however the cleanliness could’ve been better. You could clearly feel and see the years of constant use of the house.

Our stay was amazing, everyone had enough space for everything and the proximity to the beach is really awesome. The outdoor space also really sweet. I totally recommend Casa Alice.

Absolutely loved my stay at Casa Alice. Spacious place and beautiful location. Getting to the place is a bit of work as some sections of the road are bare gravel. Marbella's Beach which is a surfing destination, is 5/7 minutes away driving, and a small grocery store is also nearby.

Casa Alice was the exact escape we were looking for. We originally were staying at a resort on pennisula papagayo and decided it was not our vibe. We searched Airbnb and found this little slice of heaven. Quiet and quaint, the charming town was exactly the Costa Rican experience we desired. The communication with the hosts was fantastic and the house it self a stunner. We laid on the terrace and watched the green parrots and howlers monkeys for hours. Truly magical. Thank you for providing the space for us to get back in touch with our inner child. We needed it.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage und Internet funktionieren sehr gut. Betten sind bequem. Pool und Garten sehr gut gepflegt und sehr schön. Kommunikation und check-in problemlos, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren zwei Familien und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war perfekt und der Garten, das Trampolin und der Pool waren der Hit bei den Kids. Wir haben uns alle super wohl gefühlt und auch Rio, der Haushund, hat sehr dazu beigetragen. Wir werden ihn sehr vermissen! Marbella ist ein süsses kleines Dörfchen mit wunderschönem Strand. Es hat ein paar kleine Läden in denen man eigentlich fast alles bekommt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus zu 100% empfehlen!
